You are using the old version of the Theme 5.3.2 and also you have server cache CDN activated as well, Please first remove the complete cache from the server and then deactivate all the server cache till you are in the development process and then you have to update the Theme to the very latest version:

As I told you, The HTML Blocks are used for Custom Text and Custom Strings, and you have to translate those using Custom String Translation in WPML, If you are not able to find it, then contact us via our support system we will check and provide you the solution for it.

Second: I was very able to find custom strings in WPML, even before ask here to avoid lose your time, but in the WMPL Custom Strings, is not showing the text I write in Porto > Theme Options > General > HTML Blocks
Third: I prefer to contact the theme that I paid as WMPL compatible first that In my opinion is who should give me the first assistance.

No, Sorry to say that but this is not possible, If you Import the Elementor version of the Demo then after Importing Demo content no need for WP Bakery Page Builder plugin simply deactivate it after Importing the Demo.
You can not edit the content of the Elementor version of the Demo with WP Bakery and Vice Versa.

The default size for the Single Product Page Images is 600×600 and it is from WooCommerce.

The Speed of the site is slow because the Images have not been optimized and Compressed and because of JS and CSS has not been minified and because of the Server as well.

Most likely, your website performance suffers from the content you have added to your website. It may happen in case of too many plugins, large not optimized images, or other resources. In Mobile version of the site, only the Main Menu will show as Mobile Menu.I think you are using multiple Menu’s as Main Menu OR Secondary Menu on your site and also with some Header Types, the Top Menu also show under Main Menu in Mobile version of the site, So please share your site URL so that I’ll check and provide you the possible solution for it.

3. Bottom Header Row.
And the Header Become Sticky which has Main Menu in it, That is why it is called Sticky Menu.

If you want Logo also in Sticky Menu/Sticky Header then you have to set Logo in a Row which has Main Menu in it, It will work for you.
This is how it works and it is the default functionality of the Theme.
