In Mobile version of the site, only the Main Menu will show as Mobile Menu.I think you are using multiple Menu’s as Main Menu OR Secondary Menu on your site and also with some Header Types, the Top Menu also show under Main Menu in Mobile version of the site, So please share your site URL so that I’ll check and provide you the possible solution for it.

1. Top Header Row.
2. Middle Header Row.
3. Bottom Header Row.
And the Header Become Sticky which has Main Menu in it, That is why it is called Sticky Menu.
You can see on your site, The Main Menu is in Bottom Header Row that is the reason the Bottom Header part is becoming sticky on your site: https://ibb.co/1njkSXB
If you want Logo also in Sticky Menu/Sticky Header then you have to set Logo in a Row which has Main Menu in it, It will work for you.
This is how it works and it is the default functionality of the Theme.

Sorry to say that but we have not tested the Theme with that particular plugin officially so we are unable to suggest you on it, if you want to use it, you can try it with the Theme.

I just received a notice from Google that my site is affect by 1 breadcrumb issue soon after installing this theme. The error is “The following warnings were found on your site: data-vocabulary.org schema deprecated”

Yes, Shop Demo 28 is the single product Demo, and yes all the pages like cart, checkout, are included in it and Demo uses different elements for different segments/sections on Home Page which you can easily edit using the page builder.

Please clarify me, because it is not clear. The sections (which they descibed in the menu -INTRO FEATURES TOUR SPECIFICATIONS) in the homepage are pages and not just elements or sections customized by the wp customizer

WooCommerce 4.3.0 has been released only a couple of days ago, and we already tracked it. The latest Porto version 5.4.1 is already compatible with the latest version of the WooCommerce, but only a single template of the Theme has become outdated with this version of the WooCommerce, but no need to worry, it will not create any issue on your site, You can update it on your site.
And we are working on the new Theme update with which we will update that template as well. So please be patience till that and Enjoy using Porto

1. Yes, you can change the URL “portfolios” to another name (example: event) from Theme Options >> Portfolio by changing the slug name as per your requirements.
2. You can change the Single Portfolio content using Page Builder but you can not change the Archive Page layout using Page Builder for that you will have Options under Theme Options.

I have a support ticket open for several days and have not been able to get the support agents past the version of Porto Theme we are on, let alone the problem we are encountering with different display of content depending upon the OS/browser combination. This is in a dev environment where everything has been installed from new installation files. The live environment is using a version installed last July and updated through Dec. The Live site is fine in all tested scenarios. The items that are specifically not displaying in the new build are hero images on many pages, and grid items configured for news. We were told to disable porto and test using TwentyTwenty theme??? There are no grid items or hero images that will display when all of it is delivered using WPBakery in Porto. Is there a supervisor who actually pays attention to the details of a support request? We installed Porto 5.4.1 and Porto child installed as 1.1. Can anyone help with this request?

1. Hello. I am still not sure where or how to set the Page Headers. I cannot find the location of Porto Page Headers. I can find the 7 standard breadcrumbs headers and I believe the page headers replace those with the Variation Examples. Where is this to be done? Where? -> Porto Page Header element is used to display page title, sub title and breadcrumbs in the custom Page Header section. If you want to display custom page header instead of default, you need to hide default page title and breadcrumbs using View Options metabox.

I bought this theme and honestly its below my expectation. Support takes like two days and the coding is extremely heavy and not good. In summary, it is way below my expectation, especially for that amount. I intend to work with Elementor and I am sorry to say, its a complete mess..
