The default size for the Single Product Page Images is 600×600 and it is from WooCommerce.

The Speed of the site is slow because the Images have not been optimized and Compressed and because of JS and CSS has not been minified and because of the Server as well.

We are sorry that you faced some problems working with our theme. But our theme is one of the most optimized on the market. In general, our theme is already optimized and doesn’t have too many resources to make your website slow. Most likely, your website performance suffers from the content you have added to your website. It may happen in case of too many plugins, large not optimized images, or other resources. So we suggest you remove unnecessary plugins, install some kind of JS & CSS optimizing plugins like Better WordPress Minify and a caching plugin like WP Super Cache, or use WP Rocket for both tasks. Also, you can use the GTmetrix tool to see what makes your website slow and optimize these parts of your website.

The traffic depends on a lot of different factors and not our theme only. The only argument from you was your website’s low score on Google Pagespeed. But it can’t be because of that if your real website speed is quite fast. We suggest you read an article from the WP Rocket team – one of the most experienced companies in terms of WordPress optimization.

In Mobile version of the site, only the Main Menu will show as Mobile Menu.I think you are using multiple Menu’s as Main Menu OR Secondary Menu on your site and also with some Header Types, the Top Menu also show under Main Menu in Mobile version of the site, So please share your site URL so that I’ll check and provide you the possible solution for it.

And the Header Become Sticky which has Main Menu in it, That is why it is called Sticky Menu.

If you want Logo also in Sticky Menu/Sticky Header then you have to set Logo in a Row which has Main Menu in it, It will work for you.

This is how it works and it is the default functionality of the Theme.

Please clarify me, because it is not clear. The sections (which they descibed in the menu -INTRO FEATURES TOUR SPECIFICATIONS) in the homepage are pages and not just elements or sections customized by the wp customizer

WooCommerce 4.3.0 has been released only a couple of days ago, and we already tracked it. The latest Porto version 5.4.1 is already compatible with the latest version of the WooCommerce, but only a single template of the Theme has become outdated with this version of the WooCommerce, but no need to worry, it will not create any issue on your site, You can update it on your site.

And we are working on the new Theme update with which we will update that template as well. So please be patience till that and Enjoy using Porto

1. Yes, you can change the URL “portfolios” to another name (example: event) from Theme Options >> Portfolio by changing the slug name as per your requirements.

2. You can change the Single Portfolio content using Page Builder but you can not change the Archive Page layout using Page Builder for that you will have Options under Theme Options.
