Please help with the following.

I have started to customising my site using your Construction 2 demo and have trouble with the logo size.

My logo is 250px in width and 108px in height. But whatever I do and however I change the size it always remain the same size on frontend. I have also tweaked with the sizes on the options panel but yet cannot make the logo look bigger than how it came with the demo.

Can you please guide how to make the logo wider and possibly make the orange part (logo) box wider to fit in bigger logo.

Hello, there seems to be a problem with the latest update of the Porto Functionality plugin in connection with Elementor. When updating the plugin from version 1.7.0 to 1.7.2, Elementor stops working.(The Elementor page environment loads, but the page seems empty, and no elementor items can be added or edited). In the console, the following error message appears: “Uncaught (in promise) ReferenceError: porto_elementor_add_floating_options is not defined at eval (eval at v.template …” Only disabling the plugin or reverting to the earlier version makes Elementor work again.

We have tested the latest Theme several times and do not finds this issue, please make sure that you are using the PHP version 7.4 and also deactivate all the third party plugins and update the Theme required/recommended plugins as well, I am sure your issue will solve.

You are using the old version of the Theme 5.3.2 and also you have server cache CDN activated as well, Please first remove the complete cache from the server and then deactivate all the server cache till you are in the development process and then you have to update the Theme to the very latest version:

Hi @PT-Support2, First: You can no say “as i told you” when you just gave me links to read an analyse.

Second: I was very able to find custom strings in WPML, even before ask here to avoid lose your time, but in the WMPL Custom Strings, is not showing the text I write in Porto > Theme Options > General > HTML Blocks

Third: I prefer to contact the theme that I paid as WMPL compatible first that In my opinion is who should give me the first assistance.

No, Sorry to say that but this is not possible, If you Import the Elementor version of the Demo then after Importing Demo content no need for WP Bakery Page Builder plugin simply deactivate it after Importing the Demo.

You can not edit the content of the Elementor version of the Demo with WP Bakery and Vice Versa.

The default size for the Single Product Page Images is 600×600 and it is from WooCommerce.

The Speed of the site is slow because the Images have not been optimized and Compressed and because of JS and CSS has not been minified and because of the Server as well.

In general, our theme is already optimized and doesn’t have too many resources to make your website slow. Most likely, your website performance suffers from the content you have added to your website. It may happen in case of too many plugins, large not optimized images, or other resources.
