Theme messing with SEO? After your recommendation I reinstalled the theme again on a different domain for testing. On the Home page I have only the logo, one menu item and the footer with just one menu. Yet I have 4 H1 tags on the same page in the source code. One for desktop, portrait, phone and IE 6 warning? H1 tag is supposed to be used only once on one page. I’m afraid that would mess with SEO since we have multiple tags. Also, how to get rid of the IE6 warning or move the H1 tag to a H6?

1. You are releasing a major update that breaks a site so you should expect support questions from people. Referring to buy support after that is milking your customers. You break it and we have to pay. 2. You told me to send you an email and you never respond. 3. The demo, is this a standard install or a cloud template? Because I’ve tested now 4 times your update with a cloud install and every time we get the multiple H1 tags. We don’t get them with the standard install, only cloud library. And the reason for that, we have to select the logo for Desktop, Portrait and Mobil in TD Composer which apparently results in the H1 tag issue. Also the IE 6 warning code is on the cloud library. 4. Test again. Install cloud library Newspaper Demo PRO, set the logo for Desktop, Portrait and Mobile and you will see the issue. Just try it. Your website update is affecting bad peoples SEO and ranking because of that. 5. Instead of saying it is working on the polished demo, you should dig into it and take a look. Because how you handle the situation looks bad on you on how you handle and deal with your customers. 6. You have a lot of people with TD Composer issue since last update yet you are not addressing it and blaming the server specs which are always met. Out of nowhere it suddenly works again which makes me question: Is your theme talking back home to your servers? What is the need for it other then activating the theme? If your servers go down, is our site not working probably as well? Please explain since this shows how you deal with your customers.

I feel sorry if you are upset but please understand that if you are using a Cloud Header and also, if you have a sticky on desktop and mobile section, you will have an h1 added to the logo for each of that section and that’s why you have four. I’m sorry but this does not fix it. It is not about being upset but how you deal with an issue that is clearly in your update as yourself confirmed it in the reply. Right now, if we are using cloud library header and set the logo for desktop, portrait and mobile, this will result in multiple H1 tags. This is bad for SEO. You can’t tell us to remove H1 from the logo to fix this – this removes the SEO best practice. You guys need to figure out how to not load everything in one single file. Example, I have one blank page with only one menu item, logo and footer yet the theme loads over 2300 lines of code. Please understand that this is a flaw with the cloud library header which needs to be addressed. Understand to take critic as an opportunity to improve your product. Instead of blaming the theme and moving on and telling everyone that I’m having a bad experience, I give you all information needed to fix the issues but canned replies like: “Support expired” don’t work well because the site worked perfectly before the update. By default the theme comes with an h1 tag for the logo. Also, if you will add more than one logo into your website (Header, Footer, Sticky Header, etc.) you will have h1 for all of these logos. You should simply disable them from the TD Composer if you do not want use them because you will do not break anything. Please be kind and understand that’s the theme functionality and also, we try doing our best to optimize the theme in each of theme update.

Nevermind. You acknowledged the SEO issue in your own post earlier and ask us to understand that this is how the theme works. You should acknowledge that this is a flaw/issue of your theme. More than 3 H1 Tags on one page. I’ll move on with a different theme. Thanks for not listening and ignoring helpful advice. As a solution for the SEO flaw in your theme you are asking you customers to turn off H1 instead of fixing the issue. SEO and TD Composer issues – confirmed but not acknowledged. Have a good day and thanks for never replying to the email you asked for.

i have purchased this theme but its plugins are not support with wordpress hosting server. as i activate cloud library plugin, website goes down and shows 503 error. it means the plugin uses more than resoruces of server. can you help me about this?

I checked it out, yet it doesn’t answer why my tagline and excerpt for the website don’t appear in Google Search results? Not sure what over-writes it… could it be because I’m using a Home (Page) with the cloud templates, so it overwrites the other settings for SEO? I’m a bit confused to be honest.

You will have to post there more screenshots and also, a way to recreate your problem so I will be able to help you. And point out what you mean by the “tag line” section. By default, Google shows a description, a title, and sometimes breadcrumbs in search results. So, I’m not sure what you mean by “tag line”. 
Please note that it could be for a variety of reasons regarding that case. It is possible Google hasn’t re-crawled and reindexed the page. Maybe it only shows up for certain queries. Maybe it’s spammy.

I’ve built my own custom template. As far I know, custom template can’t be changed from theme panel since it’s made using tagdiv builder.
But, I want to add More Stories Box (Which appears when scroll down enough). How can I add this feature to a custom template?
P.S: I don’t want this feature to appear in every post, only in one template

I manage a site for a customer (id themeforest : frazycats) : https://www.loptimisme.com/ on which the Instagram block generated by your theme does not work.
I went to the theme panel then to the footer tab and finally instagram settings to check that the instagram id is correct, which is the case and yet the images as you can see on the link, do not work. Why ?

That would be correct unfortunately, there is an issue currently with Instagram in the theme. This happened after Instagram made some changes on their side. It will be fixed. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I can’t say unfortunately. That may not work with the theme, from what I can see it requires a specific HTML structure. Maybe it is possible to do as it is, or with modifications, however I don’t know exactly.

A big no, they will just share the same documentation page, without looking at the issues like either they have already followed or not.
And are you dreaming, to hit that 99% page speed as they advertised with so-called fast theme?? You won’t get even close to B score. I have been continuously asking for the single-speed issue for more than 1 months and their support is really crap.
By the way, the theme itself is okay, but don’t ever do the mistake of extending support, trust me there is no such privilege. Don’t believe me? Check the score of https://www.noobietech.com on GTMetrix. And, you might see supported in the comment, (at the moment of writing a comment), and I have yet to know which bird name is that ‘supported’.
I am checking the ratings with 1* from many users and many of them were for customer support. Its really suck.

The website speed doesn’t depend only on the theme. There are other factors as well. Testing the website with speed assessment tools will provide tips/suggestions as to what can be improved to increase the speed, for example https://prnt.sc/tpop6u Fulfilling as many of those as possible and as much as possible, will increase the score. Each user can try and optimize the website performance, by following those suggestions. It may take some work and research in some cases to achieve the best possible speed. Simply installing the theme won’t guarantee the perfect score for the website, but this can be achieved. If you want to change them, please note that you will need to edit the default Wordpress files in order to achieve a better results.
