Hi! I am doing a brand new install of the theme. Everything works fine until I have to activate Elementor and Qode Listing plugin. When I activate both I immediately get a critical error on the site and I can no longer access the WP dashboard. I received an email that detailed the following:

Thanks for taking an interest! Do note that we do have certain demos that are built with WPBakery and certain are built with Elementor, you can choose from either one of them to customize your site,
You could have both plugins activated, however we do not recommend that as well as your pages that were made with WPBakery will be visible on the frontend but you will not be able to edit them with Elementor. You can check our article about the differences here.
So the Elementor label on the demo means that it is made with Elementor.

Hi, I asked you this because many of the most beautiful and creative demos I noticed being with the Elementor label and if you can’t work with wp-bekery it’s a shame for those who want to use this builder. there are very few duplicates for both..
is a footer builder also integrated? to customize with wp-bekery?

Please note that for the Elementor demos – the native import method comes with Elementor, so when you run import tool you will get Elementor content, however you can switch to WPBakery and use it instead, all the same shortcodes are included as well. You will have to build your content though as the demo import will import Elementor content as we mentioned.

I registered a site on superegodesign.com. Then I canceled the installation because I had problems. Now, after redoing the installation on the same domain I can no longer activate my license because the system says “Code is already registered for other domain”. Can you deregister my purchase code? Then I thought can i use wocommerce on both of these demos? do not want an entire online store but want to sell 2-3 services and be able to charge via the website with wocommerce. Is it possible?

Hello, I want that my logo will change after scroll, but I tried every method but it is still not working. normally I want white logo, with transparent header and after scroll, I want “header” background became white and logo darker. I tried sticky method and put different colored logos on upload in qode options > logo, but still it is not working. logo is same after scrolling

A few months back I registered my purchase code with a localhost website. After that, I accidentally deleted the site and forgot to de-register the purchase code. (I can’t remember the url of the localhost site too).
Now I want to register the purchase code with my production site and it showed an error message as “Code is already registered for other domain”

We got wrong issues on the restroress plugin. That happens only with the Bridge Theme. Restropress Card is working fine, but the view on the card after adding some items is not clean. On other Themes it workes fine. How can we solve the problem. Thanks!

Thank you for the suggestion. As this option does not exist in our theme, You have to modify one of the template files. We suggest you make this modification via child theme – that way, the modification will work after the theme update and you will not change the parent theme file. First, you need to install a child theme just like any other theme (bridge-child.zip file can be found in the folder with the installation files that you downloaded from Themeforest) and activate it.
You have to connect to a server via FTP, download blog_single-loop.php file which is on the following path: wp-content/themes/bridge/templates/blog_single-loop.php Open it in your text editor, locate this piece of code:
https://monosnap.com/file/laxfMXqPDreQKzwMNLlzbMPkCmpFW1and change h2 to h1 You have to make this change on several locations (4) within the same file to make it work for all post formats:
Save the modified file and upload it via FTP into bridge-child folder on your server – the file path should be:

Make sure that the child theme is activated and check your single posts.
