Having trouble getting Theme Options saved. For instance, I changing the footer background image or uploading a logo to the “Light” header, it shows it uploaded and I save it, but when I refresh, the changes did not get saved and do not appear on front end. All software is completely up to date. I cannot figure out the issue.

Hi! I a few Bridge theme licences. Today looking througe extensions on my customer’s website, I did notice a WooCommerce extension called WooCommerce Phone Number Required, which I didn’t installed, and is linked to a mature website. See screenshot https://snipboard.io/5YfAFW.jpg I did deactivate the plugin as of now. I did some research on the web, did chat with WooCommerce support and this is not part of their extensions. Looks like it was a 3rd party’s extension and may be no longer available. Can you confirm if it was an extension included in theme files? Because if not, somebody did access the ftp or website to upload this extension…. Thanks Dany

love your theme, been using it for lots of my clients. So i have a weird question. I got lost in multiple purchases for my clients. Is there anyway to see license code of the theme inside of wordpress platform? I always register it so maybe there is the way i can see it?

Thanks for taking an interest! You can check our demo website for all our demos that you do have as well filter the search for restaurant. Pur Bridge theme is for sure WooCommerce compatible so on any demo you will be able to have a e-commerce. And when it comes to WPBakery plugin you should know that we do have certain demos that are built with WPBakery and certain are built with Elementor, you can choose from either one of them to customize your site, our theme is compatible with both plugins and it is just a matter of Native import, if a demo is made with eEementor the native import will come with Elementor demo and the other way around.

HI there, my WordPress reported the following error cased by RevSliderFunctions::get_addition()

Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.

In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, Slider Revolution.

Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue further.

If your site appears broken and you can’t access your dashboard normally, WordPress now has a special “recovery mode”. This lets you safely login to your dashboard and investigate further.

Also the slider on the home page loads with a huge delay see http://dev.chantelcohen.com/ you will need password devphase. THe backend dashboard is virtually unuable, so slow….

Also please note that we haven’t overwritten Rev Slider template files in our theme, so the issue is probably not theme related. You can activate default WP theme under Appearance -> Themes – if the error persists with default WP theme then it’s not theme related.

Theme BRIDGE bought 2018-09-03

Reviewing, I observed that I had to register my theme (I had never seen it), but I have not been able to activate the theme bridge, when I try it answers me:

“Code is already registered for other domain”

The invoice does not say anything about it.

Questions:

1. How do I solve it?

2. How can I know which url my theme is linked to?

Hello, I purchased theme a while back and never used it for any project but I played around with it on a local machine. I registered the local address dev.bridge.com for the theme and now I don’t have my old computer. I installed the theme on my new computer local server with the same local address but the theme doesn’t allow me to register. It is aking me to deregister the other address.

How do I deregister?

I believe there is a bug in the css file for font awesome 5.

font awesome 5 icon names that contain two words seperated with two hyphens and the second hyphen is followed by ‘fa’ are not being displayed. for example, in the supplied css (version 5.12.0) the css for these two icons (fa-shipping-fast, fa-pen-fancy) is being injected with another ’.fa5’ right before the last hyphen ’.fa5.fa-shipping.fa5-fast’ should be ’.fa5.fa-shipping-fast’ and ’.fa5.fa-pen.fa5-fancy’ should be ’.fa5.fa-pen-fancy’

I gotta problem with yoga demo. I’ve tried many demo but this things never happened. When I installed yoga demo site, the menu didn’t work on PC browser. If I click any menu word, it goes white.
