Good afternoon, I have a license and practically never used it. I installed and uninstalled it as a test in a website (looch.com.pe) where I ended up using a different template. Now that I want to install and work on another website definitively with PORTO a virtual store, when I activate that license, it appears to me that it is used in “looch.com.pe”, with whom can I see this topic? I can give you access to “looch.com.pe” if you like so that you can confirm that I do not have the PORTO installed, therefore my license should be functional.

Sorry to say that but there is no such option in the Theme for it, You can try with any third party plugin which better meets your requirements Otherwise this requires customization. Correction: That is not content button but Content Bottom and it is clearly written just below that option: Please input comma separated block slug names. You can create a block in Blocks/Add New. as showing in this screenshot:

So you can use the Block at very bottom just above footer Globally for all the Single Product pages by using that option, you just have to create a block and copy the block slug name by quick edit it and paste it under the Content Bottom option, it will work for you.

so it must be the cache issue at your end nothing else, and also please make sure that you are using the very latest version of the Theme and Plugins.

I am trying to update your theme to the latest version just released and it wont update. I get a pclzip error and unable to find end of central dir record signature. i then tried to manually update it and wordpress says it cant find the stylesheet.

When are you providing update to Slider Revolution 6.2.18 as earlier version not compatible with WP5.5. We cannot save slider files until this is done.

Hello, I am installing the template by the alternative method since my hosting does not meet all the requirements. The installation is done correctly but when you go to the main page it does not look the same as the demo, the css does not load well. Would there be any solution?

Can you please make sure by going into WP-Dashboard >> Setting >> General and make sure that site URL is set there as HTTPs if you are using the SLL certificate on your site, and if not then please change your site URL as HTTPs from HTTP there and save changes and then check your site after removing the browser cache.

Hi, we’re once again unable to update this theme, we’re receiving the error ‘your ip address is blocked as spam’. This happened 3 months ago and you whitelisted our IP address which fixed the issue. Why is this happening again?! To clarify, we’re not using this theme on multiple sites.
