Hello. I like your theme. One question please. I like different section from different deno. Will this be difficult to build my home page or other page by taking section from other demos content? I love your theme. But I am facing an issue! I purchased it last year and since then i could not use the theme anywhere properly. I uploaded it to a domain but then i did not work on it. Today when i uploaded to my new domain as the old one is expired. This is telling me to deregister from that particular domain. I deleted all the files from my old hosting already. Then why it is still showing me the same issue?
Please help me out for this. I would be very thankful.

There is one more question, how can i update the theme?
If your current theme version is older than 20, you have to update it manually. The best way to do this is:
1. Go to your FTP and remove whole /betheme/ folder.
2. Later, download latest version from Themeforest, unpack and upload latest version via FTP as well.
Above 2 steps are all you have to do to update theme to it’s latest version.
Since now, you can easily do all future updates via Update to [version number] button which is just under the Be logo on the right side under BeTheme > Dashboard section.

According to Themeforest license and agreements, one license can be used for one final site/domain only. If you want to use this theme for few sites, then you must buy as many licenses as many sites you want to build. In my case, we are a digital agency. We will enable multisite on our WP installation. Then under the same WP multisite instance, we will have multiple sites for multiple services like, officialwebsite.com, service1.com, service2.com, blogsite.com, ecommerce.com, and I want to apply your theme to all the sites.

Sorry but you can not do that under 1 regular license. Like we mentioned above and it also been explained in license document, for each final site/domain, you have to buy individual license.

Hello, I’m using BeTheme and I have an issue with scaling of images.
https://gtmetrix.com/reports/www.intercon-tr.com/9q0Xwa8CMy images are not 960×720 but BeTheme scaling them from 960×720 and BeTheme should be creating a new class for scaling, so that we can create a thumbnail size for this class. I mean, scaling doesn’t work properly as it should be. Can you check the gtmetrix link_

image sizes can be set under BeTheme Options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > Featured Image section. 960×720px is default size for Blog & Portfolio as in our opinion it works best with many items/shortcodes when you consider quality/size. If you do not agree with us, you can change sizes to your own of course.

since BeTheme version 20, all sliders comes with pre-built websites what means that you can easily import them from BeTheme > Pre-built websites section. More details about this process, you can find in the documentation.
However, if you already imported pre-built website and don’t have slider, means you did not installed Slider Revolution plugin before the demo import (there is an information during the import process, which plugins have to be installed first). In such case, you have to go thru import process once again but this time import slider only.

Good Morning. I want to remove the zoom effect of the products from the store page. In the Muffin Options in the single product you can deactivate the zoom effect but in the Options of the Shop it gives an option to show the second image. But I only have one image. How can I disable it? I have looked at the support but have not found anything. Thank you very much.

this zoom effect on hover for product pages comes by default from WooCommerce. If you would like to get it rid off, you can do this under BeTheme Options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > Shop > Single Product section. There is option called Product Image.

Sure enough, I’ve already removed it from the single product. That’s why I wanted to remove it from the store. I thought that if the template allowed to remove it on the unique product, it would also allow it in the store. Since this clothing theme is Shop specific. It is currently under construction and I cannot show you. As soon as I have it activated I will send it to you. Due to my client’s vacation, I won’t be able to activate it in a few days. In forums I see how to deactivate the zom on the unique product page but not on the products that appear in the store.
Let us know when you will be able to show it so we may have a closer look on it as the effect you are talking about, may do not come with the theme but the plugin itself.
