Hey, I purchased the theme a while ago, and activated it on a domain that I didn’t use, the old domain is no longer mine and the theme isn’t even there, now every time I try to activate the theme on my new website it tells me that “This code was already used in marseel.com” .. can you help me with this matter? Also, you have to set the “Filter Layout” as “Filter in Left & Right Sidebar” from Porto >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Product Archives and it will work for you on mobile.

1. The site store functionality is provided by the WooCommerce and you can use the coupon system which is the default functionality of the WooCommerce plugin you can read more and all about it here:

2. You can try with any third party plugin which better meets your requirements, unfortunately we have not tested any of the third-party plugins with the Theme for this reason officially.

You can always get the latest updates of the Premium plugins with the Theme update in Theme Package OR You can download the latest plugin from here:

And there is no need to activate or purchase the new license for this plugin. This plugin is already included in the theme package and already purchased the license by P-Themes. This activation message for those who want to update the plugin directly from their website. In our case, you can receive the updated plugin always with the theme update release.
So no need to activate it, just ignore the message and feel free to use it.
You can not use the library/template of any Premium plugin including in any Theme Package, If you want to use the premium plugin library/template then you have to purchase that particular plugin license separately, this is Envato policy you may wish to confirm from them as well.

We have tested the latest Theme many times, and hundreds of thousands of our customers also using updated Theme but no one reported the issue, please turn ON the debug mode of your site and the error will appear on your site, and then contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin and FTP or CPanel Login details so that we will check it for you.
2. You simply have to un-check all the Media Type Options from Porto >> Theme Options >> Post >> Media Type as showing below:
Furthermore, you will find all the Single Post Options under Screen Options and check/uncheck anyone as per your requirements as showing below:

Those tabs are the default Tabs of the Porto WordPress Theme, And the one you show in your screenshot “old” was not the Theme default Tabs element, it was from any third-party plugin like Ultimate Addon for WP Bakery.
Porto WordPress Theme is fully translatable and you can translate it in any language as per your requirements, you can watch this video:

Thanks for sharing the suggestion/feature request with us, I am forwarding this to our development department for considering to add it in the theme, but I am not giving you the guarantee for that because please note that a theme cannot satisfy all requirements as it may occur theme heaviness. Sometimes it may require your own customization. So if the development department finds it fit with the theme environment then surely they will look through it.
