You are doing an INSERT in your WordPress _option table that needs a MySQL value to be increased to make it possible:
Error The size of BLOB / TEXT data inserted in one transaction is greater than 10% of redo log size. Increase the redo log size using innodb_log_file_size. ....
The problem is that this value is already at the recommended maximum and the size of the INSERT should be reduced, calculating there are more than 38 million characters and the simple sql line of the insert weighs about 37Mb.
From what I see it has to do with your theme and specifically with the porto_settings option:
WHERE `option_name` = ‘porto_settings’ performed by do_action (‘admin_init’), WP_Hook-> do_action, WP_Hook-> apply_filters, ReduxFramework > _ register_settings, ReduxFramework> set_options, update_option
You should consult with the support of your theme or with an expert to clean this field porto_settings from your twp_option table
There seems to be a problem with the “Porto Settings”, how could I remove or debug that field?

Look to be very clear, this issue only occurs on your site, not on our Demo site, not on my test site and nor on any other customer site, it means the issue is not from our Theme otherwise it has to appear on all the customer’s sites, Is it make sense?
Now, It’s right, for you it is because of the “Porto Settings” as you debug, but what makes that query to run again and again with “Porto Settings”? this is the actual question?
The reason for this issue is a change in MySQL 5.6.20 as one could read in the changelog:
As a result of the redo log BLOB write limit introduced for MySQL 5.6, the innodb_log_file_size setting should be 10 times larger than the largest BLOB data size found in the rows of your tables plus the length of other variable length fields (VARCHAR, VARBINARY, and TEXT type fields). No action is required if your innodb_log_file_size setting is already sufficiently large or your tables contain no BLOB data.

I suggest you, try to change the server and Install the fresh new WP and Install the Theme on it without any third party plugin or concern with your hosting provider on this issue, as this is not the Theme but your server issue and if you think deleting “Porto Settings” will solve your issue then take the complete backup of your site and go with it, if all the things went smooth, it will find, and if any issue occurs, you will have your site back up and you just have to run it, That’s all.

How can I reduce the size of these images that shows on shop page?. I set the rows to show 12, but it only shows 4. Related product pictures are just too big. I adjusted images size in woocommerce with no result. All these big product images makes the site looks like a site for the blind. No professional looking. How can I reduce these display sizes?

1. The site store functionality is provided by the WooCommerce and you can use the coupon system which is the default functionality of the WooCommerce plugin you can read more and all about it here:
