question admin-ajax.php is causing high cpu. we are on the latest theme version. we moved our site to THREE different hosting platforms and the issue is still there. One hosting platform can even open wp-admin.
Is this a known issue – if so let me know if you have link to knowldgebase. If not – pleae advise on what should we do.
Every hosting team (10Web, Siteground, Crocweb) say it is the issue with the theme. I couldn’t believe it when I heard it first time, but I keep hearing it from every hosting I move the theme into. (plugins can do this is as well, but we don’t run anything unusual – wordpfence, jetpack, geodirectory, and othjer typical ones)
Unfirtunately this is definitely the theme and not any of the plugins, here is the testing on the server that has 1 CPU available for this site and 1GB of RAM wit all plugins active:
1. With Newspaper theme activated – reloading the home page causes a) 69% CPU spike and b) I simpluy cannot login to wp-admin, I get 503 service unavailable error
2. When default Wordpress 2020 theme is activated – CPU spike with reloading the whomepage is 3%, no problem logging in to wp-admin
The test was perfomred 3 times with consistent results.
This test confirms what 3 other hosting companies are saying.
Sama question: Is this a known issue – if so let me know if you have link to knowldgebase. If not – pleae advise on what should we do.

Comparing the Newspaper theme with a simple default WordPress theme is inconclusive. The theme does use admin ajax for quite a few elements, maybe these can be reduced on your website. Please reinstall the composer, deactivate and delete it and reinstall it from the theme plugins panel https://prnt.sc/u1f63q Then clear the cache, and also the browser cache (or force refresh the page in which you are checking, should be Ctrl+Shift+R in the browser). Then it should work fine.

This problem was fixed, all you need to do is to follow the above steps: 1. Disable tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/uzBdRB9.png 2. Delete tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/xGGfYE7.png 3. Reinstall tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/Ay0zJHn.png or -> https://i.imgur.com/ZMgV9at.png 4. Clear all cache from your website, host, and browser ( for browser use force refresh Ctrl Shift R ).

Can we expect Android and iOS application with the next update ?

Another issue since updating to WP 5.5 and the theme to the latest build.
Several of my pages are displaying the following when I open them in TD Composer and it wont let me click on any of the modules to edit them.
Error at zones: 6(models) : 5(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)

Did you guys fix the bug with the theme framework when using tagdiv and wp bakery? We had tried to use the themes tagdiv composer for all main pages while using the wpbakery for the woocommerce section. It wasn’t working out because it would throw off the whole site structure for the whole site. Did this bug get fixed? Thanks!

Thanks for your message! Unfortunately, the TD Composer is not working well when the WPBakery is enabled. Here is talking about two page builder which conflicts with each other and that’s why we do not recommend using them both simultaneously.

Hi there. After last WP 5.5 update TD composer not work anymore and many functions in WP stop working.
For example “post”, “Quick edit” halt function and same for many other similar..
But worse is TD composer is unable load and I am in urgent edit text on my pages what is impossible right now.
On a side note the overall HTTP response are very slow connect to my site. I had my server guy go through server itself but all is in perfect conditions and my other WP on same server does not have this issues.

Tried it, still the same.
You guys made lost all my setting while trying to reset, at this point I have lost absolute confidence on this theme, from changing all my pre-setting when updating to this.
It seems like a deliberate attempt to force people to pay, I´m tired of this endless drama, will look for another theme and wouldn’t recommend this theme to anyone.

Did this happen after the recent update? Try reinstalling the composer (from the theme plugins panel https://prnt.sc/u0svlz ) then clear the cache, clear the browser cache as well, or force refresh the page where you are checking in the browser. Check if that solves it.
