Hi, I have Artist 3 shop demo installed. aThe site is practically built. I really like the preloaded footer in demo “Clothing 2” is there any way to get the widgets loaded in my demo/site?

thanks for getting back to me. There has been a little bit of misunderstanding about what i”m asking. I know how to use widgets in the footer.
My question is
Can I use the footer from demo “clothing 2” in the demo I’m currently running “artist 3”
I don’t know the code or layout used for the footer in “clothing 2” Can you supply me the widget information or is there a way to load them up separate to loading the entire demo?

If you don’t know how things on specific demo been made but you want similar looking layout on your site, you have to import that demo. For that, please create an extra/additional WordPress installation (ex. under sub-domain or sub-folder) and just do the import of any demos you like for tests. This is the easiest and fastest way to learn, how things were done on different pre-built websites. You can also use Import/Export button which is in the right bottom corner of Muffin Builder so you can export necessary page code and import it into another page.
hello, i would like to change the breakpoint of the burger menu so that it was visible when i arrive to the dimensions of a laptop (1439px?) so as not to overlap the menu items which are many. is it possible to do it with a css code? can you help me? thank you so much!

Sorry but you can not raise this value. This requires lots of customizations in theme files.

Not sure what do you ask for exactly but according to Envato license and agreements, once purchased license can be used for one site/domain only. If you want to use this theme for few sites, then you must buy as many licenses as many sites you want to build. This applies to all themes on this marketplace and there is no other license available.

Hi, is there any issue known for Contact Form in betheme currently? I have 2 Websites running betheme and a contact form and both give me the running wheel when hitting the submit button – hence, the message never gets sent. It was working previously, so there seems to be an update issue. Any tips on the issue please? It´s urgent, because we are losng leads. Tahnks in advance.

Because you faced such a weird issue, which we believe has nothing to with the BeTheme itself, we recommend the following steps:
1. Please go to your FTP account where theme is, remove whole theme folder and then upload the latest version thru FTP as well. Please make sure that all the files were copied correctly.
2. Remove all 3rd party plugins (including cache of course).
3. Make sure, there is no additional cache stuff on server side.

I have de registered websites in the past and built new sites with Be Theme only to find out now that they are not able to be upgraded as the license codes are missing. When I try to add the code to the newer site, it says I need to de register the old.
I have reloaded Be Theme on old site, enabled it, registered it, and then de registered it which says it worked. But, when I try to then use that license code on new site it still says it is registered to the old site!
HOW CAN I DE REGISTER ALL THE LICENSE CODES and start again???

After the last update, my product titles HTML text isnt shown anymore on the product pages itself. But on the overview page (product carousel).

I’m having a few major issues since updating to WP 5.5. I can no longer use the text editor on my pages/posts. It only allows me to use visual editor. Envato Market Plugin is also not working and even though it says I can update the theme it won’t do anything when I click on “Update Available”.

1. Are you able to work on Muffin Builder?
2. Are you able to edit/manage content and it does save in the back-end but changes does not apply in front-end? Or maybe you are able to manage content with Muffin Builder but when you save changes, it reverts back to same content as before change?

1. Additional Information tab comes by default with WooCommerce itself. To get it rid off, you have to use child theme. For more details, please check https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/editing-product-data-tabs/
2. You can remove it by using the following custom css:

The logo is too small. I want a raise
