WPBakery Page Builder was not updated to version 6.3.0 I still shows the previous version and I already uninstalled, deleted and installed again. I also check the plugin folder on my file manager and I don’t see the new version installed there. Only the old version. (I downloaded the new update of this theme)

Hi, In blog masonry page the articles don’t align properly depending on the image size, title numbers of words and excerpt number of words. It is very difficult to keep all these elements exactly the same for all articles. Even with specifying excerpt count for all articles, the length of it turns out different, sometimes it adds an extra line that pushes the blog below lower so the alignments are lost throughout the whole page. So is there a way to customize the theme to keep the blog lists the same size even if the title and excerpt counts are turning out slightly different?

So you are using a masonry template which has a appearance of different sizes of the boxes. You could either try to change the template to another one or have your featured images uploaded with the same size (we do see that you have different sizes of your images) and you can add this code to Qode Options > General > CUstom CSS

Thank you very much. You are awesome! That styling fixed it a lot, However I thought the images are getting resized by the theme function. They are actually very close just a bit different. Is there a way to add that functionality to make sure the height of images as well the width get clipped to a fixed ratio?

It looks like the Pricing Calculator is totally bugged. My theme is updated (22.8). For example, i tried to add 3 items that costs 10$ each.
When i click on active/inactive, it always add +10$ undefinetely ! Even when i click on “Inactive”, it still adding +10$ to the amount. Here is a test page : https://kloud9agency.com/test-1/

I wanted to download Global Business homepage and demo. Everything downloaded, but on the homepage there is a error message like: ‘Slider with alas home slider not found.’
And when I check ‘home’ page on the pages looks like empty.
Well I did try to download demo twice I think. Are there anything missing in your folder, or couldn’t I downloaded?

Hi, I figured it out that slider problem. But there is another error.
I checked the every Plugin and seems like BRIDGE CORE PLUGIN is causing the problem.
When it is activated not able to edit pages and posts.
When inactivated I can edit the page.
It is a bit time losing every time inactivate then edit, then activate again.
Just wanted to inform you. And if you have any solve please inform me.

Hello – I’m trying to get Post type > Video to have the video itself show as the thumbnail. I’ve pasted just the URL as the content of the post. I am unable to get this to work using Elementor or WPB. I get either no thumbnail, or if I set a default/featured static image, that one shows. Please help!

I would like to point out to you that your documentation is hard to read because the menu occupies at least a quarter (1/4) of the screen’s height. First time I see such a long menu being there all the time occupying so much height space! ...
One solution would be to place the secondary menu on the side to make easier to read the main documentation content, or another solution would be to make the extra secondary menu appear only when the mouse is on the top of the main menu …

A great Theme for a long time. But after this WP upgrade to 5.5, lot of issues as well after the Update. Theme has still so man bugs. Please Fix it asap. Avoid loosing Bridge Enthusiasts.

The problem that I am in is that I cannot change the style of the contact form placed in the widget of my website.
I know that you can change some parameters from the theme options, but it turns out that when a form is inserted using a widget (custom html) I can’t choose the style.

You might already be aware, but looks like your version 22.7 of Bridge theme has issues with the latest version 6.3.0 of WPBakery Page Builder which was released a few hours ago today. Causes the admin side of pages not to load certain content. Error in dev console references this file – /wp-content/themes/bridge/framework/admin/assets/js/qode-tax-custom-fields.js and line 32 as the culprit; _orig_send_attachment = wp.media.editor.send.attachment; “Uncaught ReferenceError, wp is not defined”.

I don’t see the issue listed in changelog of 22.8 so not sure if it has definitely been addressed? Happy to email and provide screenshots and access etc to view?
