Hi, I have 3 questions
1. Is it possible to add the author name and date to the related post section on a single blog.
2. Is it possible to remove remove authors or hide authors from the blog filter (We want to hide authors who haven’t published any articles)
3. Is it possible to display the next and previous blog post article arrows together with the articles’s title and not the image with the slide in effect that it currently uses?

when updating plugins: wp bakery receives notification that the installation failed because the package contains no files. The update of the slider does not run at all. please info how do I update the plugins? wordprss 5.5, betheme 21.8.3
at the moment wp bakery does not work, after deleting the folder and trying to reinstall it, the installation package is still empty and the page has no plugin on which it is mainly based. it is completely unusable at the moment. please answer urgently, how should I install wpbakers from betheme plugins?

the error “The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.” means that you have not deregistered the website before moving. Please deregister it on both domains and register again on the new one. If this is not possible, then please send us access to your WP dashboard along with full purchase code that you have used for theme registration, so we can take a closer look.

You can use Slider as Muffin Builder item or shortcode. However, you have to add items (images) to slider and this could be done under BeTheme > Slides section in main WP dashboard—> https://prnt.sc/u6no9u
Well, I managed to do it. Now i have a question, is it possible to enlarge the photo after clicking on the side? It’s very important to me!

This is Slider item so it is not possible to open images in popup. If you wish to open images in popup, you supposed to use Gallery instead.

Slider Revolution: Do you know how to make sure the video does not glitch? When you view the slider, it shows the media library image first, then the video starts. So, it looks like a glitching video intro. I would like to make this seamless.

this behave depends on many things like server speed, number of installed plugins, media sizes, etc… You have to make some tests if you really want to get rid off this effect.

Because you faced a weird issue, which we believe has nothing to with the BeTheme itself, we recommend the following steps:
1. Please go to your FTP account where theme is, remove whole theme folder and then upload the latest version thru FTP as well. Please make sure that all the files were copied correctly.
2. Remove all 3rd party plugins (including cache of course).
3. Make sure, there is no additional cache stuff on server side.
We are pretty sure, above steps would help you

I don’t know the code or layout used for the footer in “clothing 2” Can you supply me the widget information or is there a way to load them up separate to loading the entire demo?

If you don’t know how things on specific demo been made but you want similar looking layout on your site, you have to import that demo. For that, please create an extra/additional WordPress installation (ex. under sub-domain or sub-folder) and just do the import of any demos you like for tests. This is the easiest and fastest way to learn, how things were done on different pre-built websites. You can also use Import/Export button which is in the right bottom corner of Muffin Builder so you can export necessary page code and import it into another page.

Sorry but you can not raise this value. This requires lots of customizations in theme files.

Not sure what do you ask for exactly but according to Envato license and agreements, once purchased license can be used for one site/domain only. If you want to use this theme for few sites, then you must buy as many licenses as many sites you want to build. This applies to all themes on this marketplace and there is no other license available.

Hi, is there any issue known for Contact Form in betheme currently? I have 2 Websites running betheme and a contact form and both give me the running wheel when hitting the submit button – hence, the message never gets sent. I have de registered websites in the past and built new sites with Be Theme only to find out now that they are not able to be upgraded as the license codes are missing. When I try to add the code to the newer site, it says I need to de register the old.
I have reloaded Be Theme on old site, enabled it, registered it, and then de registered it which says it worked. But, when I try to then use that license code on new site it still says it is registered to the old site!
HOW CAN I DE REGISTER ALL THE LICENSE CODES and start again???
