Hello.. I really like the functionality of your theme but after installing the latest update (4.5.2) I began to have extreme load times on many of the admin pages. I made sure WP and all plugins are up to date but load times are still high and when I switch to an alternate theme everything speeds up like normal. Has to be something to with the theme but not sure. Looking forward to your response.

Hello, this theme was working perfectly for me, but from last few months i am facing the problem due some on injected the virus ads into my site, i was already have a site site backup which was created with ALL in one WP Migration Plugin, so i decided i should restore my site, after successfully restoration my site, i again try to enter my purchase code for activation but its show me error, “You have exceeded the max. number of activations.” and now my site look like, its stop working perfectly due to purchase code issue please checkout the screenshot (https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1xgxKago4I7hvgSvBlc_0ZP-KQEKncyV9?usp=sharing), kindly resolve my issue i will be your thankful.

Hi! On first.. great theme! Im glad to buy it.
But i have problem with some transitions/image on portfolio. After migrating site form demo url to new site destination i saw that portfiolios images doesnt apear and i see only text on block. I dont know why because on demo site its all good. And its only one problem. Rest of site migrate without problems.

Hey the theme is pretty easy to customise but just above the contact form, there’s this text “Get unlimited possibilies to customize the look of your website. With TheGem you have control on each & every element, shortcode & page layout. And the best thing is: it is extremly easy to use.” Where can I edit that?
Also by near the copyright footer, there are 4 links “Support, Contact Us, Disclaimer ,Add more” Where are they as I don’t want them on my site. BTW I’m using creative light.

It took us a while to get used to the bakery@the gem. Now, after finished, 6 Months and support are gone. Anyway I try to find some help here: After Updating Plugins and WP5.5 the carefully designed site ist screwed up. Did you already update the Theme and do I have to work on my site, or will it be fixed after your new Themeupdate?
