The images (backgrounds) you refer to are css backgrounds and it is technically impossible to make them fully responsive. The only thing you can do, to make those backgrounds images as responsive as possible, is COVER position. Background position option is always located next to the background image option.
Why can’t I add an image to the timeline? Unfortunately, it’s too bad you didn’t develop this. Pictures should be added instead of cross lines.

Hello! I have bought BE theme where I would like to use “AI” pre built website. I successfully imported it, however with the “classic” Muffin Builder I cannot edit it. (This is about the tenth BE theme I am working with). Is it caused because of the Elementor? The muffin builder simply does not display the elements of the imported pre-built theme. Hello Support, we have a problem with all themes of u now, the update of LayerSlider WP is blockt, Automatic update is unavailable for this plugin. License activation is required in order to receive updates for LayerSlider. this come in all themes of u. what we can do now? WP Bakery is the same problem but i can delete the plugin and instal this plugin new and then is the new version online. regards

since version 20, all plugins can be easily updated from BeTheme > Install Plugins section with just a click. But please make sure that your installation is registered with a proper purchase code.

I am having an issue with a site using “Below Slider with Split Menu” header layout on mobile menus. The left and right mobile menus do not stack and appear correct. The almost appear as two menus side by side. Please advise on how I can fix so the mobile menu shows both menus stacked one on top of another. Yes, you can use same license key (purchase code) for unlimited number of subdomains. However, you need to remember to register license for the main domain first and later for its sub-domains. If you missed this step, please de-register license and later register again.

to update theme, you need license key or if you don’t have it, you need access to the Envato market access that been used to purchase the license. Otherwise, you won’t be able to update the theme unfortunately.

I had set up the theme for an area that I had not used before and it remained under construction. Today I wanted to set up a new domain name. I removed the license from the additional domain and tried to register to the new domain, but it constantly warns you to remove the license from the old domain. I cannot license the theme.

I tried disabling all the plugins before with no effect but this fixed it for me:
Deregister the plugin and register it again. After that you can install / update the plugins as usual.

This is the second time when we bought Betheme and as the first time we have the same problems:
Can not Install none of Plugins from link Betheme “Install Plugins” we have the same white page with message: “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” we want to mention that we are able to access pre-built websites, but not premium bundled plugins, each theme is registered with other code according to what we received from envato

It looks like one of your plugins overrides the TGM plugin, which is included in the theme and used to install bundled plugins. Please deactivate all your plugins and check again.

solved – a plugin which was deactivated but in fact still active – so we deleted it and now it is ok

When updating to the newest version of WordPress 5.5, please update the theme and all of your plugins.
