The same video can refer to an Elementor demo as well, these are general Woocommerce settings which you will have on both WPBakery and Elementor demo, as well as you do have product list widget in Elementor demo where you can set its settings. We do not have a specific video for Elementor demo and shop page.

But how do you copy between demos? Can you have 2 open at the same time? If I import a demo to copy from I presume it will overright all the content and changes I’ve already done to the current demo. Do I need to have a local copy of the demo? Please help as I’m very confused. I basically want to copy all the footer from this demo:

I just purchased the Bridge Theme and I’m trying to install it in WP but it shows an error message:

This site can’t be reached.

ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED

I tested installing other different themes and it worked fine, so the issues are not related to my server.

Can you tell me what I should do to fix this? I need to build a site ASAP.

Also, i tried to submit a ticket but the Qode interactive website doesn’t allow me to Login because I haven’t verified my account but I haven’t got the verification email either.

Hello! I enjoy your theme and have used it on several sites.

However, it has come to my attention that a user is unable to access the dropdown menu on touch devices between 1366 (iPad Pro) and 1000px (when hamburger appears).

I see the thread that discussed making the parent menu items “dead links” so that when you click it displays the dropdown, however this seems like a workaround rather than a permanent solution.

I also understand that I could have the hamburger menu display earlier, however, I do not like having to have it start at 1366px.

Could you tell me if your developers on working on a solution for allowing the dropdown menu to work on touch devices between 1001px to 1366px?

Unfortunately, these are the only two solutions that we can offer. You can either remove the links from the 1st level menu items, or make the mobile menu appear on larger screen size. Thank you for understanding.

Thank you for your response. I will let you know that this is not a sufficient answer for us. We are web developers and have used your theme for several clients and to us, this amounts to a serious bug with the theme. Other themes we use are able to allow for dropdown functionality on touch devices. So unfortunately, while we enjoy many of the aspects of your theme, we can not continue to purchase it knowing that you are not intending to fix this bug. I look forward to a time when you are able to prioritize this!

Do note that the hamburger menu is triggered when the viewport reaches 1000px, everything above this will have a regular desktop menu.

I paid someone to install and setup the theme. I’m not a developer, but I’ve used many WP themes and this has been the most frustrating. The pages take forever to load or don’t load at all. The test editor looks like gibberish when all I need is a simple way to enter text and other content as I have done with other themes. It’s not functioning as I expected with all the glowing reviews and I regret my purchase to be honest.

Weird issue, we had a site that installed theme before bridge core. Updates broke our site. No notification to install core. We discovered on our own.

Presale question: I am building a learning platform where each student gets a fresh wordpress website install within the multisite environment (websites are closed off to the public). hi, i bought your theme and installed it on multi-site. I registered the theme on the main website. However when going to a subdirectory website, which would be the one of the student, I am trying to activate it there too for the demo import but than it says: Code is already registered for other domain.

1) the domain stays the same seen it is a subdirectory multisite so the error message seems incorrect 2) is there a way from your side to allow the registration to succeed as long as it’s coming from the same domain name?

Hope we can solve this as otherwise the theme won’t be useful for my purpose for which I especially wrote you beforehand. Hope we can still find a solution though.

I have an old license for the Bridge theme

I had it activated on a staging environment which was never launched and was uninstalled and deleted from my hosting account. I now want to use my license on a new site and the license kay shows that it is in use but I can’t find anywhere I can deregister the old site and move the license to the new one. The old site was testing only and never live, this is the first real project I want to use it for. I have purchased and own many themes from Qode and Mikado and would really appreciate your help with this.

I can’t open a support ticket on the Qode help website because the support license has expired.

There is a section in Options called “Elements”, and I just cannot find it (anywhere!) in your documentation to read about and better understand it. Is it not covered at all?! ... And if it is covered, don’t you think you should make it easier to find it in your documentation?! ...

I was hoping I’d find there (in Elements) how to change the color of basic page elements such the paragraph (< p >) text color for the entire site, but I just cannot find anywhere where its setting is! So, I resorted to add custom CSS (“p {color: #000;}”). Is that the way to change the color of the main text, using custom CSS?! ... I don’t mind, but I just find it surprising! ...

It is also very surprising that such a basic thing, such as the text color for the entire site, is hard to find how to set it, if it’s anywhere(!), in your documentation! ... One would expect to find out about it in your documentation section about Colors (5.1), but this section is very vague and short, and says basically about the “main colors”, which is something very vague, and … the text selection color(?!) ......

I would appreciate if you cleared a bit these things for me … Thanks …

Yes, I found the setting for the paragraph text (< p >) in the Fonts section, thank you! But you could have also told me here if the “Elements” section is in your documentation. It seems it’s not there at all! ...

Furthermore, let me say that your documentation is surprisingly lacking in some very basic information! For example the “Fonts” section (5.2) in your documentation just says about how to choose the font family … and nothing else! ... However, in the actual options there is way much more than that! ...

You have to understand that the Theme’s “Options” are so many that’s really dizzying for someone just learning how to use the theme, and if s/he looking for something and cannot find it by going through the Theme’s Options then naturally s/he will resort to the documentation! And that’s why the documentation cannot be so condensed as it is now in many parts!

Update: Sorry, I made a mistake, in your documentation about the Fonts (5.2), it is for the General settings. The specific section about the “Fonts” seems to be missing from the documentation altogether, like the “Elements” section, and others maybe! ...
