Hi there, I’ve been trying very hard to find the file and location of the outer layer of parralaz hero banner on the home page for the ‘IT-Business’ demo. I cannot see it anywhere and need to replace it and make the banner full screen on desktop and mobile. Can you help me locate it?
also, is it possible to import two demo sites, or does that cause problems for the CSS?

If you edit the Home Page you will find the Raw HTML has been set there, and that is we have used for creating that banner, and you can change the image in design option of that element as showing below:

Please Install the Theme on Localhost or Test site and Import the Demo from which you want to copy the pages on your main site, and also Install the Theme on the Live/Main site and Import the Demo you want to use on your main site. Now copy the home Page from a Test site to the Live site and It will work for you.
OR
You can use Porto Studio Functionality:

and Import any Demo page on your site.

After the latest porto (functionality?) update our website started to look odd. There is now some extra white space between my front page images and the product description text is not alligned left like it was before update. If you check this carefully, you will find that padding, that is actually the inner column VC element padding, please see this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/CBxsrnst
You have to edit your page and edit the inner columns and set paddings as 0px or any value as per your requirements, it will work for you.

Like i said this problem came out after the porto update. I had everything aligned perfectly before the update and i havent changed nothing. There should be only 1px gap between columns. And like i said also the product description is not aligned properly to the left side of the page (theres a gap on left side of the product description) and this all came out after the update. https://ibb.co/gz07K85

There seems to be a bug on the mobile version that needs addressing. When you click to open a product in woocommerce on mobile, the photo keeps zooming when you try to scroll down to view the item. This is worse on android than it is on apple. Anyone else having this issue, I’ve tried it on 3 different phones.

Mobile menu is a mess – in edit on wordpress looks fine, in mobile view – on a real phone – mobile menu is suddenly after last update like this: https://postimg.cc/YGk7xc6k and you can open it, then it takes over screen and too big to be closed – this is not support – this is a please fix this! – i cant sell one product to ppl on devices!

This is not the update or the Theme issue, please do not blame the Theme asap, always try to be patience and find the cause of the issue first, This is the Autoptimize or any other cache plugin issue on your site, please deactivate the Autoptimize and all the cache plugins from your site and remove the site cache and finally check back your site after removing the mobile browser cache.

I’m using your theme on wordpress and using Shop 1 , my problem that I’m having is when I upload my logo, it immediately disables my add to cart button on my products so we not able to add anything to the basket, if we reinstall the theme and do not change the logo the the add to cart is there, as soon as we change the logo then it wont show you the price or the button to add to cart. ive disabled all the plugins to try trouble shoot the issue but not having any luck. what should i do?

Can you please make sure that you have turned OFF the “Select roles to see price” from Porto >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce as showing below and if not then turned it OFF and check back after removing the browser cache, Hope this will solve your issue and if not then please reamin all the third party plugins deactivated on your site and share your site WP Admin Login details with us via our support system so that we will check and solve the issue for you on your site.
@pt-support2 thank you for your reply, yes that is turned off, ive reinstalled the theme from scratch a few times and works just fine till i edit the logo then the price and add to cart function disappear. ive disabled all 3rd party plugins as well
