Your theme is very buggy, about widget does not show any picture, the row is unable to edit it dissapeared all the time when you hoover. I am not going to your support site, this problem that everyone has. Custome time can not be set on a created post template. And your theme is slow
Wp bakery is not even work correct, it’s creating text blocks for no reason, a big gab between blocks, About widgets is also creating a text block extra for no reason, its awful, not it’s not the fault of wp bakery but your theme. Also you can not set a size by fonts, it does not work. Instagram widget is also not working. What is working ? Almost nothing. Buggy theme

Currently, we don’t have this feature. The site visitor can’t submit a review from the comment form. Only the post author able to manage the review from the post editor dashboard.
Maybe you will need to use a plugin or do some custom changes to achieve your requirements.

We have to major issues with your theme on all of our websites (20+)
1. The WP Bakery is only showing the shortcodes at the backend page editor.
2. No Instagram Feed is showing up due to all kind of errors.
