Hi Jegtheme, Your support links are sending me round in circles and unable to request there so I am having to post here. I would like a solution to disabling or optimising the font pre-loading for fonts. I have 2 font files that are taking nearly 5 seconds to load, resulting in a very bad mobile pagespeed score, and for someone who needs to optimise their site this is not good. Please advise.

hello there, i have some trouble with advertisement, event after placing the google ads in between the paragraphs, all the ads are stuck in a single place, just under the feature image, for example: i have an ads placed under feature image, another ads after 3rd paragraph and another after 6th paragraph, however all three ads are stuck at one place under the feature image. can you please look at it once. thanks

Pre-Sale Question : What currencies do this theme support and does it support woocommerce payment gateways as well or only Paypal? And can we put a limitation on membership like limit views according to their tier? If it does, you get a new customer.

We have an unlock post content feature and subscription post feature. For the unlock post content feature, you can use any payment gateway that supported by WooCommerce but for the subscription post feature currently, we only have PayPal and Stripe payment.

For the unlock post content feature, you can set the number of posts the user can view. For the subscription post feature, it will limit by subscription period.

Since you have added support for zoom button and line progress bar animation feature for auto post load in your recent update but, don’t you think that Override Global Templates Setting on a single post with auto load should also be added? At home page you use a news gallery. I think you can sort there posts by date views etc. We would like to know if is possible to sort posts by publish date but first show a post we want like a sticky post. is this possible? for example we want to make sticky a post for 1 day for an event and the second third etc be the posts sorted by date published.

Your theme is very buggy, about widget does not show any picture, the row is unable to edit it dissapeared all the time when you hoover. I am not going to your support site, this problem that everyone has. Custome time can not be set on a created post template. And your theme is slow
Wp bakery is not even work correct, it’s creating text blocks for no reason, a big gab between blocks, About widgets is also creating a text block extra for no reason, its awful, not it’s not the fault of wp bakery but your theme. Also you can not set a size by fonts, it does not work. Instagram widget is also not working. What is working ? Almost nothing. Buggy theme
