hello sizam is it bad to use elementor plugin for woocomerce product description instead of WordPress editor with rehub shortcut? i mean if it is not suitable for product page , what’s the reason ?

I hired a developer to make a Multivendor site for me using ReHub theme. He said he purchased it from Themeforest. But right now, the ReHub version on my site is still 11.8. I wonder why I don’t see where to update it to 12.7.

Hi there, I just imported a demo. Now on the theme option page, I can not go to any tabs. It stays on “General option” tab and also I can not save any changes. I’m not sure if this is related to demo import though. Thank you for help

Dear Team , I setup everything in my local first and finished menus and header changes , and then I uploaded complete wordpress folder and database to our staging our , I made changes for url from local to staging as well.
this doesn’t give us answer how you did this. Please, use plugins like Duplicator or Wp all migration, wp backup or similar for easy migration

Currently, we can give you answers about our theme. But i cant give you help with questions about database backup, site migrations, because its not related to theme. Its cleary visible that you didn’t migrate your site properly. Please, use tools which i mentioned above to do this

exporting content just export content, it doesn’t export options, widgets and many other settings. You should use special plugins for site migration like wp all migration, duplicator or similar. Please, note, that theme’s support doesn’t include support for your custom actions like site migration or site backup. I am looking to edit the functionally of the Advanced Listing builder elementor module.
Currently all my products are external affiliate links and clicking the text or image links to the external website.
I would like to change this to make the image and text link to my full review on my site in woocommerce instead and remove the text for “Read full review”. I would like to keep the button linking to the external website for the product just change the image and text.
It would be greatly appreciated if you could help me with where and what to change to make this happen.
You described default logic of builder. If you have another, you enabled option for affiliate links instead inner in theme option – loop customization. Not clear why you enabled this if you need opposite

Hi Sizam, I am using Rehub:Tabs in widget. Content for tab 1 is popular posts and based on post views. How could I set a period for post views (for example last month or last three monthes) ? If not possible, how could I reset post reviews in this widget ?

Set less period for cache update in your plugin
OK, I am using WP ROCKET cache plugin. I set 0=illimited time for emptying cache, i will check if that modifies posts in widget Tabs.

You need to clean cache. You can ask how to do this from author of plugin which you use for caching

Hi Sizam, We checked with WP ROCKET plugin team. The fact that the widget tabs is not updated according to Post Views is not due to the plugin, it must come from the theme or the widget. We also checked by unactiving the plugin WP Roket, the posts in Widget tab are the same with or without plugin…

Please I need to know how to make a layout that will list all the products I have in a particular category as a directory (I mean in a grid format – it is not the categories I want to list, but the products in each categories), and I want the directory or archive to have all the buttons – find, wishlist, compare.

Purchased your theme ReHub, using the affiliate source of it. For almost a week not, the theme has come-up with several bugs, and issues, which have been affecting our work overall.
Issues: The logo has disappeared and is showing different logos at different places, even the file removed from the dashboard is showing that.
The changes are not visible on multiple devices, including the Safari browser, and at several locations as well, including the Indian and Australian regions.
At a few instances, the database is deleting files on its own. And showing broken images on the frontend.
Request you to look into this ASAP.
