I bought the theme today and used it at https://swastihanda.com/ But the slider isn’t appearing. We have not started customizing yet much but the slider is showing problem when we tested it on any domain or reintaled. Can you please fix this bug?

I got the theme installed and I’m trying to figure out how to remove the sidebar for the homepage. The documentation doesn’t provide much help as it provides properties for the elements but not actually how to create the element. Dear Mentor theme author – My team has spent time using this theme for our website, Freethephd.com and it looks amazing! However it is NOT mobile responsive and I’m really upset that you can’t see the pages on the phone.

Can you advise on making the website mobile responsive if I renew my Support package for this theme? We are launching our new website and a conference and it’s really important that my website is accessible to those on mobile.

Hi guys. When using footer layout 2, the button to scroll the page up appears normal on the homepage, but on all other pages it appears with a broken image. How to fix this?

The tiksy support service simply won’t authenticate my purchase of the Mentor theme ( it doesn’t even generate an error after I allow the API to initiate…. and I need help.!

I have Mentor 2.2.3. When viewed on a smartphone in portrait mode, the Hamburger menu superimposes on the Header Logo. I would like to try to avoid applying a fixed pixel size on the logo. Is there an approach to stop the hamburger menu from superimposing? steve.ohalloran at gmail.com
