I get this Revolution Slider error
Oops… You have some jquery.js library include that comes after the Slider Revolution files js inclusion. To fix this, you can: 1. Set ‘Module General Options’ -> ‘Advanced’ -> ‘jQuery & OutPut Filters’ -> ‘Put JS to Body’ to on 2. Find the double jQuery.js inclusion and remove it
I have done number 1 and i have also tried disabling ALL plugins. But error still there
Please advise
Thanks in advance
Hello, @pno,
Please go to Slider Revolution and edit the particular slider, under Slider Setting >> Advance turn ON the options showing in the below given screenshot:
And also please make sure that you have turned OFF the Optimization for Slider Revolution from Porto >> Speed Optimization Wizard >> Revolution Slider as showing below:
Hello I would like to know how can i change the mini cart icon & the my account icon with custom images (svg)
Thanks in advance
i mean svg or png
Hello, @pno,
You can not use the SVG but you can use the FontAwesome Icons for the Icons:
Cart Icon Change:
If you have the Cart Icon on your site by default as showing below:
Then before using any other Icon, you first have to remove this Icon, and it has been made using Custom CSS, You have to comment out the Custom CSS from Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS as showing below:
And then you can use any Icon code from here or FontAwesome:
https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/shortcodes/icons/
As showing below:
And then paste that code under Porto >> Theme Options >> Header >> Mini Cart Icon as showing below:
It will work for you:
This is how it works
My-Account Icon Change:
Please copy and paste the below given CSS code to Porto >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS and check back your site after removing the browser cache and you can change the icon code as per your requirements as well.
#header .porto-icon-user:before {
content: "\f508" !important;
font-family: "Font Awesome 5 Free" !important;
font-weight: 900;
}
Dears, I´ve tried change the Top Bar Height and Main Menu Bar Height but nothing works. Found some CSS here but did´t work too. Thru Theme Options nothing happens. Please help me with effective CSS to change the height of both top bar and main menu bar. Thanks.
Hello, @unoserver,
Please copy and paste the below given CSS code to Porto >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS and check your site after removing the browser cache.
.header-wrapper header#header .header-bottom.main-menu-wrap {
padding-top: 0 !important;
padding-bottom: 0 !important;
}
header#header .header-main .header-col.header-right.hidden-for-sm {
padding-top: 20px !important;
padding-bottom: 10px !important;
}
Hi Porto Thank you for your support but the CSS above didn´t work to shorten Top bar Height and Menu Bar. We need to change the height of both.

Hi,
I can’t show category in search form
i have enable this option. please help me where is having wrong
https://prnt.sc/ux5weg https://prnt.sc/ux5x0wHello we are aware that support has expired and we are planning to renew soon but there is a bug on your theme that should be fixed.
When selecting the “medium alt” to display a stream of blogs on a page, and when you click the “read more” button of each blog it should take you to the page of the specific blog. Instead each read more button is linked to the page that shows the stream of blogs (for example www.yourwebsite.com/blogs).
Can you let us know how to fix it? it is urgent
Hello, @parisalex,
I have just checked the element of Porto Blog with layout “Medium Alt” on my test site page and when clicked on the read more button, it takes to the particular post page and this is the default functionality of the element and this is how it works, you can check it on my test site page here at the bottom:
http://hubdatasolutions.com/pearl/porto/global/test/
So please do the following listed debugging processes on your site one by one, I am sure it will help you in solving your issue, this is not the bug.
|. Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
||. Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
|||. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and recheck if the issue persists
|V. Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V. Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing it

Hello, I am a wholesale e-commerce company. What I can display on the homepage is the price of a single product, for example, 10 euros, and then on the product details page, can I set a box of 12 pieces, for example, the price of 120 euros? Thank you
Hello, @simple9966,
No, Sorry to say that but this is not possible, you have to create the variable product with variable variations and it will show the show the smallest and largest variations prices on Home/Shop/Category pages. This is how it works and this is the default functionality of the WooCommerce and Theme.
Hi, It seems to be a problem with the images from product details page. The quality of images ar poor, the images are blured.
If I activate a default theme, the product images has a very good quality. If I switch to Porto theme, the images looks blury.
Another mention is that if I use from theme option – woocommerce – single product -product layout – full with, the images quality are perfect, but if I switch to default product layout or if I use a custom product layout, the quality images are poor, images are blured.
How can I solve this problem? Quality of images is really a concern.
(I mention that those are not useful, as I saw you respond with these links in many comments
https://smartwave.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/12000052416--7-woo-image-sizes-changing https://smartwave.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/12000052417--8-woo-images-looks-blurry-and-not-change-from-low-to-high)Hello, @thesuperstar,
If you already read the above article then I think you have only read those articles but not understand it.
The Images settings of the products are coming from WooCommerce.
The core functionality of WooCommerce is that it is only able to change the size of an image from high to low, not from low to high.
Like you have 2 products on your site both have different image dimensions.
1 has 400400
2 has 200200
Now you want to change the size of the images as 300 right.
You can change it easily from WooCommerce >> Setting >> Customize >> WooCommerce >> Product Catalog.
But when you set the size from there as 300, the 1st product image size will be successfully changed because it will change the size from high to low but the 2nd product image size will not change because it is below 300 and as I told you already that WooCommerce by default has not provided the functionality to change the size from low to high that is the original reason the images look blurry.
This is how WooCommerce works, and as you said that with the layout of the product change it works fine, I can understand it, some of the product layouts are default Theme layouts with the huge size of images, those will only be altered via Customization, So if you want to show your images as very large images you can change the layout as you already did and with the default layout of the single product page image. try to upload the 1000×1000 dimension of the image and change its size to 600 from WooCommerce >> Setting >> Customize >> WooCommerce >> Product Catalog, it will work for you and show the very sharp image, and I am sorry but please try to read the articles in-depth again. Images of the size of the product are managed by WooCommerce our Theme does not have any influence on it.
Hi , I need to deactivate a licence but forgot deactivate the licence before doing a full wipe on the test site. Can you please assist ?

Hello,
WPBakery Page Builder 6.4.0 vulnerability current application please
Update Please
Thank You
Hello, @yuceltanis,
We already noticed this on September 11, 2020 (The WPBakery team releases an additional patch) and we already updated the plugin as well, you can simply download the very latest version of the plugin from the support system and update it on your site:

Hey! What is current Google Page Speed rank for Desktop and Mobile?
Hello, @smile4cat,
First of all, thanks for showing your interest in Porto WordPress
Porto WordPress is a super Fast Theme on ThemeForest, You can check our Demo site here:
https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto_landing/
First of all, we would like to tell you that Google very often scores with 20-40 points mobile performance for 99% of websites built with WordPress. To get more points you need to have a really light page. For example remove all sliders, carousels and leave a few banners and products only. Then you will get a high result. But usually, our theme works very fast on mobile devices and don’t have any problems with performance. We suggest you test it on a few mobile devices and you will see that there are no real performance problems. Google PageSpeed gives you recommendations on how to improve the performance of your web site, but it does not actually measure the speed (aka loading time) of your website. If your site loads fast, you can safely ignore PageSpeed’s recommendations.
Porto has optimized HTML, combined JS scripts, minified CSS, has style.css generator, conforms to all the coding standards from WordPress (and it is checked and confirmed by Envato reviewers while uploading our theme to the market).
Porto Comes with the default Speed Optimization Wizard Option, you will find under Porto >> Speed Optimization Wizard, So you have to use it and Minify the JS and CSS from there as well and use any third-party plugin for Compressing and Optimizing your site Images and also use server cache as well.

Does porto create additional thumbnails in addition to wordpress standard 150×150, 300×300 and 1024×1024?
Hello, @VDjGFX,
By default, WordPress generates three sizes of each image that you upload. Themes and plugins can generate additional image sizes which can easily push the number between 5 – 10. If you have a lot of image-based content on your site, then after a while this may increase your storage needs and backup file size.Please read and follow the instructions written in the below-given docs:
https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-prevent-wordpress-from-generating-image-sizes/
https://premium.wpmudev.org/forums/topic/wp-is-creating-multiple-files-for-every-image-uploaded-more-than-4/
https://www.templatemonster.com/blog/fighting-duplicate-images-wordpress/
https://cloudinary.com/blog/introducing_cloudinary_s_wordpress_plugin_for_dynamic_images_and_video
https://wordpress.org/plugins/image-sizes/
And Regarding Theme generating Image Sizes, Please add the following code in the child theme’s functions.php.
add_action( 'after_setup_theme', 'porto_child_setup', 11 );
function porto_child_setup() {
remove_image_size('blog-large' );
remove_image_size( 'blog-medium' );
…
}
Please add “remove_image_size” functions with the image sizes to remove in … position in the upper code.
Here is the situation right now, we have about 2000 products on our website, every product has about 5-7 images, and these are the thumbnails that are automatically being created by wordpress and by theme https://ibb.co/6v3cT4d
Problem is that we need to import another 40000 products and right now with those 2000 we reach the maximum of available inodes on our hosting ( 9890 images x 21 ) , and we are using Siteground hosting. Will this code that you provided remove images that are already created or this works only for products that are going to be created?
And what sizes would you suggest that I input in these function, the portfolio option is disabled we are not going to use it, also the blog option is not needed, we are just using the shop nothing else, and Elementor Shop Demo 26 for that?
Hello, @VDjGFX,
The Code that I shared with you above will work for already created products and new products that you will create as well.
And you have to alter the above code by yourself for any particular reason and work as per your requirements, so contact your developer and ask to alter the Code for you and if you want our paid Customization services you can contact our Customization team as well.
OR
You can try any plugin as well which better suits your requirements.
Hi, I have modified the code you provided me with, and also had to add extra code for medim_large images:
add_filter( ‘intermediate_image_sizes’, function( $sizes ) { return array_filter( $sizes, function( $val ) { return ‘medium_large’ !== $val; // Filter out ‘medium_large’ } ); } );
and now I am left with 32×32, 85×85, 150×150, 300×300, 600×0. Is swatches_image_size or 32×32 generated by theme and is it used somewhere within the theme?
Thanks
Hi, I have a problem with the port related products widget on the product page. When I set up a ready product page template, the widget translates correctly to my language, but if I create my product page template, the header of the widget is not translated and it is still “related products”. How can I change the header to be translated?
