Theme options/ changing colors doesnt work, I have to change the colors directly in CSS.

It is the first theme I have used when I cant change colors thru the themes options settings and must do it in CSS. One example, Footer Top – I have tried to change color from default blue to black, changed them in theme settings/Footer Top with no results, results was achieved by doing that directly in CSS. I have installed the newest version of your theme but the theme options settings works very bad still.

Unfortunately it has nothing to do with any cache because on my website there are no cache plugin installed, anyway, once I did change in CSS it changed color at once so there is no issues different than theme related otherwise chnging that in CSS also will not works.

Hello, I like your theme and want to buy. I will create a marketplace for different vendors. Your theme supports Dokan, WC Vendors and Yith WooCommerce Multi-Vendor plugins. I don’t know which plugin should I choose for the marketplace, please advise which plugin will your theme work best with? 1. Its lite version which is included, If you want any plugin Pro version you have to purchase the plugin separately, as this is Envato policy and with all the Themes on ThemeForest and you can ask from Envato as well.

2.Sorry to say that but we have not tested that Product Vendor plugin with our latest Theme so if you want you can try it with our Theme as per your requirements.

Yes, can you test the WooCommerce Product Vendors plugin for your theme? I think it’s better to buy this plugin, the price is only $ 79.00. I just want to be sure that your theme will work correctly with the native WooCommerce Product Vendors plugin.

Thanks for sharing the suggestion/feature request with us, I am forwarding this to our development department for considering to test it and compatible it with the theme and officially write it on the Theme main page in the compatible plugins list, but I am not giving you the guarantee for that because please note that a theme cannot satisfy all requirements as it may occur theme heaviness. Sometimes it may require your own customization. So if the development department finds it fit with the theme environment then surely they will look through it.

This theme looks very nice but before going to buy, I would like to confirm 2 query as followings:

1. Can I create filter as per my desired name/word? This theme have just Size, Colour, Price filters which is for Fashion store but after purchased this theme my store will not have this kind of filter. My store will be for electronics components so filter will be such as Package, Tolerance, Brand, Temperature Range, Values etc.

2. Your theme haven’t working live search yet, how can I fix it?

We have made the Header of Shop Demo 22 using Header Bulder, and the Shop by Category is set using Main Toggle Menu header builder element as showing in this screenshot:

As soon as I swtich in the Header Type to “Header Builder” and add a menu, the custom css classes from the the menu entries are ignored. Why? Is this a bug?

SOLVED… there was a random symbol in the additional CSS section inside the pagebuilder page which obviously overrides the other custom CSS code of porto. my mistake.

i am facing a little weird issue, theme was working fine until i updated it to latest ver. the pictures in top mega menu not showing properly.. see here: https://ibb.co/pJSVLjh

i’ve created blocks and then using their slug name in menu settings.. this setting was working fine but now suddenly started seeing this issue.

This is not an issue but the Lazy Load issue, Please turn it OFF/Un-Check from Porto >> Speed Optimization Wizard >> Lazy Load and click on compile button and finally check your site after removing the server, site and browser cache, I am sure you will not finds this issue anymore, and it is clearly written in Lazy Load section that:

Disable this option if you have any compatibility problems.

So, your site has compatibility problems with Lazy Load please do not use it.

And also could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 17/02/2020. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

yes the issue resolved after disabling the lazy load option. BUT i’m surprized why lazy load option is working perfect for the whole site except the menu pics.. !! i’m not using any 3rd party plugin for lazy load, its lazy load option already integrated in the porto theme so it should work perfect for menu pics as well.

And as I indicated above, it is clearly written in the Lazy Load section that:

Disable this option if you have any compatibility problems.

So it must be some compatibility issue of your Menu or Menu images with that Lazy load and that is the reason it is not working for your site, you can use any third-party plugin for Lazy Load on your site.

Hi, I am getting this error on your theme. “The select2(‘destroy’) method was called on an element that is not using Select2” selectWoo https://my-domain.co.ke/path-to/plugins/woocommerce/assets/js/selectWoo/selectWoo.full.min.js?ver=1.0.6:16 and “Uncaught TypeError: e is undefined”. Seems that there is a conflict is with Woocommerce. How do I handle this?

The latest version of the Porto WordPress is fully compaitable with the latest version of the WooCommerce and there is no such issue at our end not on any other Customer site, Please make sure that you are using the very latest version of the WordPress and Theme and Plugins and if yes then try to deactivate all the third party plugins and check back, if the issue will resolved then activate all the third party plugins one by one again and check which one is creating an issue on your site, Otherwise, check with activating the default WordPress Theme like Twenty Twenty, I am sure you will finds the same issue and which will makes clear that the issue is not from our Theme but it is from WooCommerce and you have to contact WooCommerce support for it.

Please Install the Theme on Localhost or Test site and Import the Demo from which you want to copy the pages on your main site, and also Install the Theme on Live/Main site and Import the Demo you want to use on your main site. Now copy the home page or any page from a Test site to a Live site and It will work for you.

You have to add the Code under Porto >> Theme Options >> Skin >> JavaScript Code as showing below, You cannot add <script> tag in the custom js because of security issues.

You need to add JavaScript code without <script> tag like this:
