Trust you are doing well. This is the 3rd time I am sending in a comment over this issue.
I think one of the reasons to purchase your theme is to make money online. In having a serious issue with the theme.
My homepage is having multiple H1 tags, which of the file am I to do an edit to ratify this.
You asked me to join your forum which I didn’t disagree, on your forum I can’t comment because im being forced to renew support.
1. Please know that I purchased this Theme via Envato not your forum and it’s important you pay attention to my request.
2. I have not earned 10$ from the website for over 2 years pushing it. Are you forcing a lost making client to renew license over a minor issue?
I have been sending this question for over 2 weeks now. No response, im not happy with it.
Once again, I didn’t purchase the Theme from your Forum it’s via Envato. Please don’t let drag this issue much, because im not happy at you.

Just went through some of your backend demo.
Can Front end Submission allow not just video post? ie. Post with images only etc.. Polls etc.. Similar to Bimber theme. I bought Bimber but the post layout is limited thus I never use it.
Jnew is much much better.

1. Can you tell me more detail about the video ads? Do you have an example? Just want to make sure.
2. If you use the demo account, that account already subscribed. If you want to try the paywall package, you don’t need to log in.
3. Yes you can use image only, video, or standard post.
4. For self-hosted video, can you tell me where you want to use it? On embed post?

1. Video Ad. I’m referring Ads that can be inserted on self hosted videos uploaded by registered site members. PRE MID and Post. What everyone gets When watching YouTube videos. Manually inserted. This is a very important monetization feature.
4. I see YouTube video Playlist. I need the same vertical or horizontal video Playlist for Self hosted videos.
5. do you have jnews Elementor modules with static ads placeholders already configured so I can use right away. This will speed up my roll out.
Video Pro theme supports manual Video Ads. FYI. Just a reference for you to look at.
YouTube has its flaws and limitations. I want to start a video site that is better than YouTube has today.

5. Yes, we have this feature.
On the frontend submit, we have an option to control the max file upload size.
I’m not sure what kind of webcast embed that you need. But if a standard WordPress theme supports this feature, our theme should already support too.

There’s no way I can add Video ADs … You have a pretty decent design and it is also in your best interest to add monetisation features to JNEWS+ to make it even better than what it is today..

For your feature request, we can’t confirm if we will include this feature on JNews. We need to do further checking for this and if we get more requests from another customer for this feature, we will consider adding into JNews.

do you recommend progressive jpegs instead of the default jpegs nd what is the max jpeg size you approve – the size of the article feature image? like 750 px wide?

Author Setting / Override Author Setting
Could you add an option to disable this feature from user profile? What is this for the user? Who made it up? We have not seen such senseless functionality. It should be visible only to the Administrator, and it is visible to every user – who uses an ordinary WP account and does not even know what it would be used for and can change the layout of the website any time!

It’s not about help, but something that affects 100% of users. You have not thought about some solutions and they are illogical – such an example is the “Author Setting / Override Author Setting” option – should be available only to the ADMIN and not every user who can destroy the page layout.

I´m testing your theme for a while like 2 months, no production or profit version of my website yet. Just testing, cause i´m wasting so many times my money in themes here…
But the thing is, i want to go public with my site, so im ready to buy your theme.
I have 2 choice, here $59 or envato elements for $33/m.
I know that here with $59 i will have updates and support, but with $33/m in elements just updates but not supp.
So before i go with elements, i have 3 questions:
A. This version and envato elements version are the same? -Cause i can spend $59 usd at this moment, but i can spend $33.
B. Can i get paid support from you later in case that i get this theme with envato elements? - i want to know, cause some things like social counter or facebook instant articles and others maybe requiere support, so i just want to know if you have support plans or maybe i will have to buy the theme here by 59 if i go with elements.
C. Are you fully committed to long-term development and update with this theme? - I was looking for Newspaper X theme, they have a lot of sales like 117k, but for some reason i get access to a 7.1 version of Jnews, installed and like it, in fact your theme do better some things than NewspaperX, like ads and amazon.

I had been using Jnews Theme from one year. But, due to this theme my website is lightly slow and then I switched to Astra theme and now everything fine. I’m not saying that this theme is bad but after implimenting AdSense Ad it going to be slow. Visit : https://hindimind.co.in/
