1. Kalo mau rubah ukuran bisa pake kode CSS bro. Nanti tinggal ditambahin di Customize > Additional CSS.
2. Harusnya pake JNews Child theme bro (https://support.jegtheme.com/documentation/child-theme-3/) nanti kode kustomnya taruh di child theme supaya kalo ada update jnews ga hilang lagi.
3. Kalo plugin saya belum pernah nyoba bro. Btw kita jadi lagi dev podcast untuk JNews. Kalo semua lancar next big update bakal kita include fitur ini.

Can you tell me what’s your problem?
I need you to fix your outdated code to properly work with WP 5.5. This is so basic yet your coders just can’t seem to understand it, much less fix it.
It’s causing your widgets to not work and some plugins to not show fully on the frontend.
I have spent close on a month trying to get your support to understand and resolve it, so it’s becoming insanely tedious at this point to not have a fix for something so basic.
It took me 2 weeks just to explain the concept to the first of your support staff members. I then spoke to another guy who also could not understand this. Then a third.
Three people and almost a month later just to get your guys to get their head around the concept, while sending me incorrect code (he doesn’t even know your own code) and harping on about all sorts of other irrelevant factors, causing me to endlessly repeat myself.
It’s incredibly frustrating and after all this its still not fixed
This is something that shouldn’t take you more than 20mins to fix in your code, yet a month later it’s still not fixed.
THE ISSUE.
With the update of WP 5.5 some code is outdated.
Installing https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/ will quickly tell you what the problems are, yet your support staff are just too lazy to do this.
Time after time i ask them to and they simply don’t feel the need to, then wonder why things aren’t working. It’s common sense and just plain laziness.
If they weren’t so lazy they would quickly see that it throw multiple errors:
/wp-content/themes/jnews/assets/dist/frontend.min.js: \’ready\’ event is deprecated /wp-content/themes/jnews/assets/dist/frontend.min.js: jQuery.fn.load() is deprecated /wp-content/themes/jnews/assets/js/admin/widget.js: \’ready\’ event is deprecated
Took me all of 2mins to install this plugin and look, yet your staff can’t do this? WHY?
If they did, I wouldn’t have to have spent hours of my time explaining the issues and errors to them like children.
Not only does the plugin tell them this, but simply opening your “widget.js” file, pressing CTRL+F for find and typing READY into the search box CLEARLY SHOWS ME that your code STILL uses the ready event, yet your staff can’t seem to grasp and fix this basic issue.
How can professional coders not even know how to use a search function?
If you go to the plugin page https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/ you will clearly see that the word “DEPRECIATED” means, as your staff don’t seem to understand it, so once again i must now do their job for them an copy paste the definition for you here like a simpleton:
“What does it mean that something is “deprecated” A script, a file, or some other piece of code is deprecated when its developers are in the process of replacing it with more modern code or removing it entirely.”
This is NOT acceptable support, especially when you ask a PAID FEE for it.
I am not here to do their job. I do not get paid for you I PAY YOU, so I expect results and people who aren’t so lazy they refuse to take 2 mins to install a basic WP plugin to find these errors.
So, for the LAST TIME, can you instruct your staff to install this plugin and FIX THE ERRORS.
So basic yet here i am once again spending hours of my life typing this to you people.
Beyond unacceptable.
Previously we have an issue with WP 5.5 but we release an update to fix the issue since v7.0.8 and now we no longer get a report from another customer that has an issue that related to WP 5.5.
Make sure if you already update JNews to the latest version (v7.1.5) and you can disable the Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin.
In this case, if you still getting an issue, you can contact us through our profile page. We will do further checking.

I have purchase this theme but the theme was running slow on my website even with only 4 of your plugins installed so I had to uninstall the theme then purchase another theme which is newsmag theme made by tagdiv ,maybe on your next update consider making the theme lite, which would be fast

Been using this theme for some time now and it seems I found a bug.
Just tried to switch the number of woocommerce products in a row to 4. The theme do not displays it correctly. Instead of 4 products, only displays 2 and instead of using all the available space 4 column space, only uses the first 2 columns space (it seems more like 2/3 of the space).
Other options, like 3 or 5 work properly. Used this code from the woocommerce tutorials in my child-theme functions file.

My site is bilingual. JNews – Video Playlist element in native language works fine. There are 4 videos at the bottom and one big video above that. There is a problem on the page of the second language. The big version of the video is not visible. The settings are exactly the same.
My support period has expired. And I do not intend to extend it. This issue happened after the last update. The language plugin I use is WPML.
JNews – Instagram Widget embedded in the page keeps failing. And although I have told you this over and over again, you are still telling me to apply for support. Why do I apply for support when there is a problem with your theme and plugins? It is not caused by me. Previously, I could give a username for Instagram, but now I cannot give a username. In this case it happened after the last update. Despite reinstalling the update, the result did not change.
Your Instagram element and widget are not used in either the page or the components. There is no field where we can enter an Instagram username.
One side breaks down with every update. Then you force them to get support with money.
Despite all this, if you still ask me to open a support ticket, I will complain.

Hi, I’m using Elementor with the theme. When I create an inner section on the right column of the site, the Jnews module that showing up seems broken. It’s the same when I try to move any jnews module element into an inner section. I didn’t try with WPbakery.

Anyway, for membership and online community, you can try to use the BuddyPress plugin, this plugin compatible with JNews.
