Sorry. I think my initial question was not clearly. I was asking if the theme can allow my buyers/customers (who want to purchase the physical products from my website) to upload an image/text to customize the product. Like a T-shirt site can allow buyers to upload their own design (images). Have I made my question clearly? Can your theme support the feature?

By following the same way listed in the above article you have to set the link for that Number using Header Builder.

2. Sorry to say that but this is not possible, either you can fully remove it or change it using below given Custom CSS, Please copy and paste the below-given CSS code to Porto >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS and it will work for you.

Completely Remove the Color:

Change the Color:

1. Top Header Row.
2. Middle Header Row.
3. Bottom Header Row.

And the Header Become Sticky which has Main Menu in it, That is why it is called Sticky Menu.

You can see on your site, The Main Menu is in Bottom Header Row that is the reason the Bottom Header part is becoming sticky on your site: https://ibb.co/1njkSXB

If you want Logo also in Sticky Menu/Sticky Header then you have to set Logo in a Row which has Main Menu in it, It will work for you.

This is how it works and it is the default functionality of the Theme.

I installed Shop Demo 1 but it was not displaying properly like yours. Then installed Shop demo 22 and again facing the same problem. Please visit www.evolts.in and see the issue. You can easily find all the bugs in home page. Kindly check and hep to solve this.

During to install both shop demo standard installation was failed, then chooses the alternative option successfully.

Yes, because I changed my hosting service provider and installed the theme with help of standard import instaed of alternative option. This problem was occured due alternative import option.

You can simply copy and page from any Demo on your main site by following the steps listed below:

Please Install the Theme on Localhost or Test site and Import the Demo from which you want to copy the pages on your main site, and also Install the Theme on Live/Main site and Import the Demo you want to use on your main site. Now copy the home Page from a Test site to a Live site and It will work for you.

OR

You can use Porto Studio Functionality:

You have to create it manually because there is no option to copy the same Menu style from one Demo to another…

You can achieve it with one simply trick… Import the Demo Shop 26 on your main site and remove all the content from your site, pages/posts/products/custom-post-types and then Import the other Demo you want on your site again on a test site and copy the pages/posts/products/custom-post-types from your test site to main site, This is the only possible way.

The reviews are there, I can see them, but for some reason the number of reviews are shown inaccurately. 3 instead of 12. Also the reviws pagination is not clickable.

Please do the following debugging processes one by one, I am sure it will help you in solving your issue and if not then remain all the third party plugins deactivated on your site and share your site WP Admin Login details and the permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third party plguins and on site Customization as well so that we will check it for you.

|.   Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
||.  Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
|||. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and recheck if the issue persists
|V.  Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V.   Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing it
V|.  Can you please check once by activating the WP default Theme Twenty Twenty, If the issue will still presist with default WP Theme then it will make clear that the issue is not from Porto WordPress Theme and then you have to contact the WP and WooCommerce support for fixing it with the default WP Theme and once it will fix with the default WP Theme, It will automatically work with Porto WordPress Theme as well.
