I’m also trying to build a woocommece archive front page using elementor pro and I’m getting a message when using the products widget saying:

Ordering is not available if this widget is placed in your front page. Visible on frontend only.

Not really sure what this means… Is Jnews fully compatible with Elementor Pro ?

Been using this theme for some time now and it seems I found a bug.

Just tried to switch the number of woocommerce products in a row to 4. The theme do not displays it correctly. Instead of 4 products, only displays 2 and instead of using all the available space 4 column space, only uses the first 2 columns space (it seems more like 2/3 of the space).

Other options, like 3 or 5 work properly. Used this code from the woocommerce tutorials in my child-theme functions file.

Just wondering if this bug is related to the fact that there is some woocommerce options missing in the customizer? I’m referring to the options where its possible to define how many products to display.

My site is bilingual. JNews – Video Playlist element in native language works fine. There are 4 videos at the bottom and one big video above that. There is a problem on the page of the second language. The big version of the video is not visible. The settings are exactly the same.

My support period has expired. And I do not intend to extend it. This issue happened after the last update. The language plugin I use is WPML.

JNews – Instagram Widget embedded in the page keeps failing. And although I have told you this over and over again, you are still telling me to apply for support. Why do I apply for support when there is a problem with your theme and plugins? It is not caused by me. Previously, I could give a username for Instagram, but now I cannot give a username. In this case it happened after the last update. Despite reinstalling the update, the result did not change.

Your Instagram element and widget are not used in either the page or the components. There is no field where we can enter an Instagram username.

One side breaks down with every update. Then you force them to get support with money.

Despite all this, if you still ask me to open a support ticket, I will complain.

Hi, I’m using Elementor with the theme. When I create an inner section on the right column of the site, the Jnews module that showing up seems broken. It’s the same when I try to move any jnews module element into an inner section. I didn’t try with WPbakery.

Is this theme compatible with BuddyBoss

Currently, we can’t confirm the compatibility of those plugin with JNews and we don’t have a copy of the plugin so we can do further checking on our side.

Anyway, for membership and online community, you can try to use the BuddyPress plugin, this plugin compatible with JNews.

Hello, I have purchased 6 JNews themes. I am migrating Publisher’s Site (3). In the Support Forum https://support.jegtheme.com/

Yesterday I tried to send a Private message. There were command lines from the funtion.php file that you sent to me.

When I was sending the message on the Forum you started MAINTENANCE ON THE SITE.

I was unable to complete, send private message.

Now I try to send a new message or create a new topic and the message only appears to me: Forbidden You don’t have permission to access this resource. Apache / 2.4.29 (Ubuntu) Server at support.jegtheme.com Port 443

Has my IP been blocked there on your server?

Regarding this thing, please try to remove all empty new line on your message (enter) and reduce the usage of the symbol and special chars.

Trust you are doing well. This is the 3rd time I am sending in a comment over this issue.

I think one of the reasons to purchase your theme is to make money online. In having a serious issue with the theme.

My homepage is having multiple H1 tags, which of the file am I to do an edit to ratify this.

You asked me to join your forum which I didn’t disagree, on your forum I can’t comment because im being forced to renew support.

1. Please know that I purchased this Theme via Envato not your forum and it’s important you pay attention to my request.

2. I have not earned 10$ from the website for over 2 years pushing it. Are you forcing a lost making client to renew license over a minor issue?

I have been sending this question for over 2 weeks now. No response, im not happy with it.

There’s no way I can add Video ADs … You have a pretty decent design and it is also in your best interest to add monetisation features to JNEWS+ to make it even better than what it is today..

do you recommend progressive jpegs instead of the default jpegs nd what is the max jpeg size you approve – the size of the article feature image? like 750 px wide?

in other words what is the Maximum displayed image width for your theme?

one more question woudl it be possible to create a few different category templates and apply them to separate categories so that the site does not look very uniform?
