as I mentioned before and other people said ( hard to configure )

the architecture of this theme was built to be configured for (developers )

for example media library is only visible for (you and your uploaded ones ) you can’t see other media file ( this is bad for news websites with reuse images every minute) then you have to contact support to give you a code ? why ?

for example :

1- slider problems 2- fonts are few and you have to a lot of work 3- you can’t turn of excerpt from blocks (if put 0 you see one “full word appear)

and Like my previous :

Is there an ability to have a specific ad display on all articles in a given category or with a specific tag for example? We have advertisers with very specific requirements, so we can’;t just show any ad, anywhere.

we bought the jnews theme to build our website.recently we update the Wordpress latest version then getting issues in Elementor,Rankmath seo plugin because of jnews Essential plugin once i deactivate jnews plugin then i didn’ t get any issues in elementor,rankmath seo but the jnews plugin is important for our website,so please looking into the issue get back me.

i new bought the theme and load the licence . On the ınstall plugin menu; i couldn’t load any extension. Where is the theme settings panel i dont know.. When i want to load theme extension, it given this error: Something went wrong with the plugin API. Ordering is not available if this widget is placed in your front page. Visible on frontend only.

Not really sure what this means… Is Jnews fully compatible with Elementor Pro ?

Been using this theme for some time now and it seems I found a bug.

Just tried to switch the number of woocommerce products in a row to 4. The theme do not displays it correctly. Instead of 4 products, only displays 2 and instead of using all the available space 4 column space, only uses the first 2 columns space (it seems more like 2/3 of the space).

Other options, like 3 or 5 work properly. Used this code from the woocommerce tutorials in my child-theme functions file.

My site is bilingual. JNews – Video Playlist element in native language works fine. There are 4 videos at the bottom and one big video above that. There is a problem on the page of the second language. The big version of the video is not visible. The settings are exactly the same.

My support period has expired. And I do not intend to extend it. This issue happened after the last update. The language plugin I use is WPML.

JNews – Instagram Widget embedded in the page keeps failing. And although I have told you this over and over again, you are still telling me to apply for support. Why do I apply for support when there is a problem with your theme and plugins? It is not caused by me. Previously, I could give a username for Instagram, but now I cannot give a username. In this case it happened after the last update. Despite reinstalling the update, the result did not change.

Your Instagram element and widget are not used in either the page or the components. There is no field where we can enter an Instagram username.

One side breaks down with every update. Then you force them to get support with money.

Despite all this, if you still ask me to open a support ticket, I will complain.
