your error code means that you have corrupted theme files. You can delete theme and install again. Make sure that you upload theme via Appearance – themes via regular wordpress theme installer

Hi, I installed Re:hub and then imported the RECart template. In the home page there is a grid of product categories that when the mous passes make a top edge effect. As soon as I change the categories that effect disappears, I tried to create one and delete another in case it was a psychic issue but no. Only the categories that come in the import have that effect. Can you tell me how to apply this effect to all the categories I put on this grid model?

it’s enabled by default and you don’t need to do anything. If you don’t use any custom fonts or icons, preload will work correctly

For ReDeal, can you confirm 2 things:
1 – if user is logged in, if they enquire/request an offer, can this be recorded somewhere e.g. BP activity?
2 – Is there a way to automatically send the user who clicks for a coupon (restricted to logged in users only) and a third party an email (bespoke to the offer)?
1. What is “request offer”?
2. there is no such option in theme and this is not recommended because it’s spam
1 – by request, I mean click for the coupon/claim the offer
2- if they do not expect it or have signed up for it, yes, it could be spam. If receiving a confirmation email is what they signed up for (only users/’members’ can see the offer) it is transactional, which is allowed.
Please, note, you have no actual support so it’s limited. You can find information how to make report button in our documentation or consider to update support if you need help with this

Its described how to enable rating in link above. Make sure that you allow users to add ratings in WooCommerce options
it is enabled, I disabled it and re-enabled again but still, when I write a comment I don’t see an option to assign a star rating
