These spaces depends on the Menu item Size, as the Item Text is large the space covered will be large and vice versa, so you have to try with Custom CSS, There is no other way, and your site is on Maintainance Mode, please turn OFF the Maintainance Mode of your site so that I’ll check and provide you the Custom CSS for it Otherwise, contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin Login details so that our experts will check it for you.

Hi, I’m developer doing some work for my client who bought the this theme. I Can’t seam to add custom template to the site, they don’t show up in the page attribute drop down. I’ve tried file permission, doesn’t seam to be the case. Also, tried both parent and child theme. Nothing seam to work.

Sorry to say that but there is no such Folder in the Theme Package for Slider Revolution Demos from different Theme Demos…

We already enabled 1-click install for revolution content slider import. You can find that particular slider with the demo when you import it.

You can try to use Porto Studio Functionality and Import any Slider on your site any Page as per your requirements.

Hi! Thanks for the quick response. I managed to create what I wanted but I’m facing another issue. I have the header of shop demo 35 https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/shop35/ and I want to remove the text beside the shopping bag. When I do it with CSS then the alignment is false. Is there another way to achieve this?

I am sorry but this is not dynamic, This is only for the dummy purpose and we have added it using Custom JS, You can change/remove it from Porto >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom JavaScript as per your requirements.

Just been reading up on Woocommerce and they are saying Porto isn’t compatible

• Porto theme: The Porto theme is not compatible with WooCommerce. It incorrectly uses the get_{$adjacent}_post_where filter, which is a WordPress core filter. As a result, Porto breaks plugins that use this core WordPress hook such as WooCommerce and WooCommerce Memberships, and is not supported. “

Porto WordPress is fully compatible with the latest version of the WooCommerce and the issue you wrote here is the third party extension of the WooCommerce WooCommerce Memberships.

Sorry to say that but we have not tested that WooCommerce extension officially and this is not in the third party plugins compatible list confirmed from our end on the item page, so this requires Customization in the Theme and Extension plugin Core files.

Why Porto theme is very slow? I am using Flatsome and comparing with Porto, here Flatsome is 100 times fast compared to Porto…

Is there any way to fix the speed of Porto? Or how to cancel the order or replace this purchase with Flatsome/Woodmart theme?

We are sorry that you faced some problems working with our theme. But our theme is one of the most optimized on the market. In general, our theme is already optimized and doesn’t have too many resources to make your website slow. Most likely, your website performance suffers from the content you have added to your website. It may happen in case of too many plugins, large not optimized images, or other resources. So we suggest you remove unnecessary plugins, install some kind of JS & CSS optimizing plugins like Better WordPress Minify and a caching plugin like WP Super Cache, or use WP Rocket for both tasks. Also, you can use the GTmetrix tool to see what makes your website slow and optimize these parts of your website.

First of all, we would like to tell you that Google very often scores with 20-40 points mobile performance for 99% of websites built with WordPress. To get more points you need to have a really light page. For example remove all sliders, carousels and leave a few banners and products only. Then you will get a high result. But usually, our theme works very fast on mobile devices and don’t have any problems with performance. We suggest you test it on a few mobile devices and you will see that there are no real performance problems. Google PageSpeed gives you recommendations on how to improve the performance of your web site, but it does not actually measure the speed (aka loading time) of your website. If your site loads fast, you can safely ignore PageSpeed’s recommendations.

The traffic depends on a lot of different factors and not our theme only. The only argument from you was your website’s low score on Google Pagespeed. But it can’t be because of that if your real website speed is quite fast. We suggest you read an article from the WP Rocket team – one of the most experienced companies in terms of WordPress optimization.

Thanks for your prompt reply. I would like to mentioned that right now I haven’t installed any plugins except to Porto recommended plugins which are required installing the them. Well right now I am working on Porto theme and hope I will get better performance with help of your above troubleshooting tips.

Now, I want to create some attribute for filter purpose as following but its not working for same word for Uppercase and Lower case.

For example:

attribute 01: mOhm, Slug: mohm artibute 02: MOhm Slug: m-ohm

here created successfully but in filter only showing above one attribute instead of both. How can I fix this issue. This is highly required for me. Here m is for mili and M for Mega unit in electronics components.

Sorry to say that but this is not possible, Filteration has been managed and coming from “Yith WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter” plugin. so our Theme does not have any influence on it, You can try to check the plugin behavior with some default Theme Like Twenty Twenty, so you have to Customize the plugin Core files for it Otherwise, use some other letter for the Symbol.
