Can you please make sure that you have updated the Theme and also the Theme required/recommended plugins as well? If yes then try to deactivate the third party plugins and also try to Install the WOOF plugin as well, and then go to WOOF plugin setting and check “YES” all the option from there and then try to check your site after removing the browser cache, I am sure your issue will solve.

And also could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired 18/02/2020. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

No, sorry to say that but there is no such option in the particular Element to hide the out of stock products from showing, This requires customization. Item support does not include services to modify or extend the item beyond the original features, style, and functionality described on the item page. First of all, thanks for showing your interest in Porto WordPress :)

You can copy the Home Page 5 times and change the products on your all pages easily but for the Menu, you have to create 5 different Menus as well for every product page and change the ID’s for the sections as per your requirements.

The default payment gateways for WooCommerce are:

Hi, I’m developer doing some work for my client who bought the this theme. I Can’t seam to add custom template to the site, they don’t show up in the page attribute drop down. I’ve tried file permission, doesn’t seam to be the case. Also, tried both parent and child theme. Nothing seam to work.
