- You can remove the option for the Order Tracking page in WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced.
- You can translate those texts in Appearance > Widgets. They are entered in the widget “Products Filter”.

It seems you using shortcodes from another theme/plugin. This problem happen when you change the theme or disable a plugin that provide custom shortcodes.

The code you are seeing belong to a plugin/theme (perhaps your prevous theme). You should check your plugins and find which one provide these shortcodes, with prefix “av_”.
You need to create Instagram Access Token if you want to show Instagram photos on your website. You can follow this document to generate your own token.

With the banner, you can set the image size as following:
Large image: 1080×600
Small image: 660×600
And with the collection carousel, you should upload images with the same size.

I can’t decide between Sober and your other theme Konte. What makes people choose for one or the other theme?

Actually, they have very few differences. The main one is the design. The Konte theme was developed after, therefore it was extended from Sober.
At this time, the Sober theme supports Elementor while Konte is not. The Elementor version of Konte is under development. So if you want to use Elementor, you can buy Sober.

Major problem with Sober. I love it but decided it would be better for another site I am building. I have a multisite install of 5 sites. And one that sits on its own. So I thought that I would enable twenty twenty and then uninstall Sober and move it to my single site. But it failed when I attempted to delete it. My only options was to delete the theme folder.
I then purchased Kapee as a replacement, installed it and downloaded demo content. Now when I go to my site it has both sites with multiple menus, posts, categories, products. With many Sober images left behind.
Its the oddest think I have ever seen two different themes at the same time
I think I need to clear the DB for any Sober stuff. Any ideas how I do this?

Deleting the theme won’t delete data. If you want to delete data like images, menu, posts, products, etc… you need to clear the database or delete them manually.

Yes, you can build a similar filter for your website. The theme has a built-in filter to help you create that filter. Or you can use the default filter widgets of WooCommerce.

But there are some issues. First, some styles are broken. - When I click the cart button, the cart icon disappear. So I can see only the black round. - Checkout page style is broken. - On the product page, The layout below the Add to cart button is broken. - There are many other broken styles other than what I mentioned above. Another issue is about Woocommerce Currency Switcher. I am using Header v3. And there are two currencies: Euro which is default and Korean Won. The currency is switched to Euro whenever a webpage is loaded even though I set Korean Won. How can I stay the currency same after changing it?

Hi, nice theme! I did some speed testing, and it seems to score quite well on desktop tests: Pingdom: B82 / 3.18s and GTMetrix: 91%/78%/2.3s. On Google Pagespeed Mobile however it scores only 36 with a speed index of 11.6s. Why is it performing so bad on mobile?

Thank you for your feedback. Actually, it is a limitation of WooCommerce themes. If you check other popular themes like Flatsome, Porto (shop version), etc… you will see the same result. In order to render the webpage on mobile, WooCommerce and themes have to load many resources and it causes some bad points for Google Page Speed. However, it doesn’t mean you can’t improve it. This point can still be improved, but for individual websites only. Because of our demo site contains many different homepages for demo purpose, we’re not able to improve it completely. But on your website, there is only one homepage, you can improve it easier.

Firstly, you need to ensure your theme is up-to-date. If you are using the latest verison of the theme, but still not getting notificaitons of updating plugins, you can try to delete these plugins and then reinstall them in Appearnace > Install Plugins to get the latest versions.
