That Newsletter Popup has been made using Blocks and then that Block has been used on Home Page using the Modal Box element, so I think there is some sort of error occurs on your site while Importing the Demo content and that is the reason it is not on your site.

This is just the loading issue and also you can see that the Demo you are using has the Slider behind the header, so Elementor is getting confused that whether you are trying to edit the Menu or slider, so instead of clicking the Row/Column icon, right-click on the slider and you will find the section to change the image, please watch the below-given video and also try to check your site on faster internet and removing the server, site and browser cache.

After the last update, beside the the fact that many translations to frenh were missing, wich was pointed by other comments I have a small issue related to the update :
The new panel regarding the new layout on cart > shipping details > order complete is not showing well. It’s creating small design issue

Please try to ping our servers and let us know if it works? If the above addresses are blocked by your hosting provider and your site does not ale to request these addresses then you have to ask your hosting provider to remove the restrictions and solve this for you.
OR
Please enable the curl extension form server this will fix your issue. This extension is required for the registration process.
OR
The issue mostly occurs when the server has any kind of restriction and do not allow to communicate your server with our internal server for activation, so please ask your hosting provider to remove all sorts/kinds of restrictions from your account and deactivate the firewalls for some time until you activate the theme.

The problem is Filter don´t close If I don´t make a selection.
In mobile when click in Filter it opens ok but It only closes if I select an option of the filters or refresh the page. There´s no option to close it without a selection.

I recently came across a real head scratcher. I have two pages, seamingly equal on all aspects (I’ve cross checked them) but one displays a different sidebar and filter than the other and I can’t understand what’s different and how I can make them both look the same. I’ve even checked all widget areas and have confirmed that the sidebar is the same for both but in one it displays additional fields and the other doesn’t.
Could you please take a look? It’s most likely something very, very in the nose that I’m missing.

And also Regenerate the:

And then check back your site after removing the browser cache, If this will not solve your issue then deactivate all the third party plugins on your site and check back again.

The latest Porto update has played havoc with translations! I was satisfied with the theme, but this huge blunder has already cost me hours of work. A completed and fully translated site has to be checked / retranslated page by page. And all this without warning, I got informed by the client. After applying the most recent update, manually (why not publish a 5.1 version???), at least the account menu is translatable. However, there are still strings, for example on the order-received page, which cannot be translated with wpml. On that page, the column headers Order Number / Status / Date / Total / Payment Method cannot be translated. Please fix this ASAP, we are talking live sites here and this is embarrassing.

I work with LocoTranslate on my website to translate some content of the theme into German. Since the last update there are some words that unfortunately cannot be translated, which makes my online store look less serious to customers. I have already used the Sync function in LocoTranslate. Specifically the following terms are involved:
-has been added to your cart. (Message when adding a product to cart) -Coupon Code (on the cart page) -Enter your Code (checkout page) -APPLY COUPON (checkout page) -View Cart (when you add a product to cart – new button on the product page) -RETURN TO SHOP (When you open the cart and it is empty

No, If you are using the Loco Translate plugin then simply Sysc your Theme and WooCommerce language files and if not then simply rename the old translation files and copy the new one from Theme and Plugin to your site.

I have a ticket (#105764) but nobody answers. I have updated the theme you mentioned. Yes, some problems with the translation of “My account” page are gone. However, there are still ongoing translation problems. For example, “Return To Shop” does not change on the empty cart page;

Hi Team! My website was almost completed. Today, I updated your new theme version but I have few issues:
- cart page “Type 2” was out of order - chekout page had similar issue (slighter better) - order-received page had similar issue (slighter better)
and I had to fix it myself with a new css code
while I managed to resolve the previous stated issues, I didn’t manage to resolve the following issue: in all the 3 pages mentioned above, It doesn’t allow me to translate some strings in different language, I didn’t have any problem with the previous update (basically my website was completed).

Problem: No possible to translate few strings with WPML in cart – checkout – order compete …pages after new theme version.
SOLUTION: Follow this step

@PT-Support2, I have just 1 problem, I can’t find and traslate “coupon code” placeholder string in cart page only. In checkout page I got it.
More, I would like to change string “product has been removed from your cart because it can no longer be purchased. Please contact us if you need assistance. ” in cart/checkout page, with other text. Can you suggest me, how to do it in child theme, please?
