No, you do not need to install any third-party plugin for it, Simply go to Porto >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Single Product and set “Variation(Attribute) Selection Mode” as “Label, Image Color Swatches” and it will work for you.

1. Sorry to say that but there is no A/B Page Split Test with our theme and you have to try with any third-party plugin for this.

2. Elementor free plugin is pre-packaged with our Theme and absolutely if any issue with plugin and Theme compatibility we always provide support for this, but if you want to use the paid/pro plugin features and library then you have to purchase the plugin separately and you have to ask for the pro/paid plugin help from plugin Author as this is Envato policy, you may wish to confirm from them as well.

It’s because your local environment can not access to our servers https://portotheme.com & sw-themes.com

Please try to ping our servers and let us know if it works? If the above addresses are blocked by your hosting provider and your site does not ale to request these addresses then you have to ask your hosting provider to remove the restrictions and solve this for you.

OR

Please enable curl extension form server this will fix your issue. This extension is required for the registration process.

OR

The issue mostly occurs when the server has any kind of restriction and do not allow to communicate your server with our internal server for activation, so please ask your hosting provider to remove all sorts/kinds of restrictions from your account and deactivate the firewalls for some time until you activate the theme.

I just test and I’m able to ping both the servers. It was not making issues until yesterday coz I have installed two installation with the same purchase code but as soon I have installed new installation with version 5.5.1 today the purchase code error occurred.

I updated from version: 3.1 to Version 5.5.1 and now there are quite a few differences in the web site front end. Most notably the fixed header is not as it was (top and bottom padding is gone, logo disappears when scrolling), but also some text is the wrong size or bold when it wasn’t before, and many icons are missing. Is this to be expected after a major update? I have had to restore version 3.1 because I did not expect these differences to appear (I’ve never had such an issue after an update with any theme) and I don’t have the time to try and fix them right now.

Thank you. I replied yesterday to say that I still can’t log in to the new account you created for me. I tried three times. It seems I have to come here to tell you to check your gmail account. Please fix. This has gone on too long. I have problems created by a Porto update and was forced to pay for support I still can’t access to get them fixed that. What should have been a straightforward update has turned into a one month odyssey so far, and I am sure it will takes weeks longer to resolve the issues if Porto support is as slow as your replies.

This banner has been set using Block.

And yes you can create Multiple Blocks and set Multiple Banners under those Blocks and you can use different Blocks for different Categories by editing the Categories and set the Block under it as (Content Top) position and it will work for you.
