I have been patient with you guys. And no one had been helping on my end. the issues i encountered are the one i even solved. You said that you work on mondays to friday and i posted within that day. the theme lacks on coding even on the documentation. specially SUPPORT! i should believed the comments here that you guys have bad reputations on the ratings you have. PLEASE I WANT REFUND.

Hello! We are going to buy the theme but first we need some answers.

We want to add hotels in the website so clients need to book their dates.

Can they select the available dates? And then this dates are closed for the next clients to book if there is no other room left? Or do we need de woocommerce bookings extension?

By the other hand do the clients need to log in to buy the services? And can they book the hotel, flight and a tour and pay it all in just one bill? Like add the items to a cart?

Sure, our system is running as your question. Customers can book the hotel (rooms) when it’s available only cause the room unavailable won’t shown in the search page.

And the rooms which have been booked will not available for others customers.

We have support Woocommerce checkout so you can select Woocommerce checkout for multi-item in cart.

The flight service we do support in Classic layout only.

I have just had the sad news that the theme does not multiply the extra items or packages by the number of participants on the trip. With that he becomes useless! I spent my time and money for nothing.

The modal booking is allow one item per cart only, if you want to use multi product in cart you can refer Woocommerce checkout.

I’m using Woocommerce checkout, I’ve already opened a tiket, the response is always the same:

“This request need custom code that not belong to our support policy. You should find a developer to help you customize the function and control it. “

And I saw that this is the answer to most questions on the support.

Hi, Before buying the theme, I do some tests on the demo. Is it normal that the departure date is the same as the return on the cart recapitulatif? Departure date: 11/11/2020 Return date: 11/11/2020

Why The check in, check out day is invalid or this tour not available. on National Parks Tour One Days ?

on Northern California Summer 2019, why are the dates selectable? since the tour is 5 days, the customer will not understand?

At this present, our Theme default the departure date is different with the return date. However, admin still can setup the tour as daily tour or group days in admin dashboard.

We will take the note with our Dev team to check on this search function and ask them if possible to make flexible search for same date check-in and check out.

Hi, I am looking to purchase this theme and have few questions before purchase. I have a tour operator website which is currently on “travel booking” theme with Wptravel Engine plugin for bookings. I was impressed with features and functionalities of Tour section in a demo video. So, Now 1. Is it possible to run my site on travel booking theme(as it is already built) with these features where i would like to remove wptravel engine and use the all the functionalities of this theme. 2. In addition to these features will you provide an option to select language of the tour while purchase? because each tour of mine are available in minimum 3 languages..

Hello. On the Car Options screen, I get only the “Allow external booking: ” option. The options “Minimum Stay:” and “Minimum days to book: ” don’t appear as the documentation suggests. Is it a bug? I am using the latest version of the theme.

Thank you for your prompt reply. But on your documentation it exists: http://guide.travelerwp.com/docs/theme-feature/car/car-options/#post-820 1 .I believe the minimum days of renting a car and the required days before rental are very critical for a rental company. 2. Also the calendar is not functional at all. The pick up/drop off time for rental is very difficult for a visitor to see at the bottom and also adjust the exact time. 3. On the home page it should be also the option for the “Return Location” and not just the “Location” 4. As mentioned before the calendar is terrible. Please divide it in 2 sections: “Pickup date & time” – “Drop off date & time” Maybe your theme looks nice, but for a simple internet user it would be very difficult to make a reservation.

I wanted to know if it was possible to insert the link for the insertion of products to sell (wine, cheese, etc.) in the dashboard, as if it were an ecommerce, using woocommerce.

manually installed the latest version of theme but the wp bakery plugin could not be updated.
