Every time I add a new page, the header background color is missing. I have to go into each page, scroll down to the very bottom and go into the skin>header>Background Color and change it to the correct color. I have to do this for every new page/post. Please help.

You are using the Header Builder on your site, Please go to Porto >> Theme Options >> Header >> Header Type >> Header Builder and then you will find the Custom HTML element set under Header Builder for this Phone Number and you have to change it from there by clicking on the HTML element and finally publish it, and then it will work for you.

This means no other plugin can come in and add items here.

We already have 10+ Tickets about this issue, and there is no solution except modify your theme code.

I have a problem with mobile menu. When itens have submenus, like a category > subcategory, user must to click on the arrow. When user click on category item on the menu, it loads category page instead open the submenu item.

This is the default functionality of the Theme.
Sorry to say that but this is not possible, because the Parent Menu Item is also linked with any page, So when you click/tap on the Parent Menu Item it will take you to the particular page with which it is linked, So you can not set it as for open the Child Menu/Sub Menu Items or open all the menu items by default when clicked on a mobile hamburger, This requires Customization and if you want our paid Customization services you can contact our Customization team as well.

Please click on ”Sync” button and wait for it to Synchronize all the words from Theme Language files and then click on save changes and then search for “%d ITEM” as showing in this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/N9qghQnZ and change it as per your requirements.
And also note that you have to re-add or remove the product from the cart for seeing the changed because the cart works on Ajax so no change will be shown on refresh the page.

Please deactivate all the third-party plugins and check back your site after removing the browser cache, I am sure your issue will solve and then again you have to activate all the third-party plugins one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site.
And if the issue will not solve then take your site complete backup and remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and share your site WP-Admin Login details and the permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that our experts will check and solve the issue for you on your site.

Please go to Porto >> Theme License and try to activate the Theme from there again and if finds the same issue then please try the below-listed solutions one by one, Hope this will solve your issue.
It’s because your server environment can not access our servers https://portotheme.com & sw-themes.com
Please try to ping our servers and let us know if it works? If the above addresses are blocked by your hosting provider and your site does not ale to request these addresses then you have to ask your hosting provider to remove the restrictions and solve this for you.
OR
Please enable the curl extension form server this will fix your issue. This extension is required for the registration process.
OR
The issue mostly occurs when the server has any kind of restriction and do not allow to communicate your server with our internal server for activation, so please ask your hosting provider to remove all sorts/kinds of restrictions from your account and deactivate the firewalls for some time until you activate the theme.
