Dear Team! Sadly your support page doesn’t accept my purchase code, plus this purchased theme is not even listed there so i can’t use my 6 months of support. How can we resolve this problem? I need answers for my questions like: How to change the main currency (USD $) to something else, we need it in HUF that’s how we charge our customers.

Hi, where i enable the amenites section you have in b2b demo below our menu section? i cannot find a widget “amenities”. How i can make it like demo? Thanks

Pls inform support team that there is an issue with theme demo import. I have test it to 2 celan installations and the amenities widget 1st. i not showing in Qode Widgets and when i managed to show up by enable the normal theme and not the child theme, the css was a mess.

Pls my support expired few days ago, but this is a problem with the theme and you must help me resolve it THanks

I have a question about the booking system. The prices of our apartments change seasonally, which means that there is a post-season, pre-season and high season. In this case, our prices are either higher or lower. The question would be, can the booking system differentiate between these periods and show the correct price, depending on the period in question?

With our seasonal price you could set a certain price for your weekends for example. This way you can make a specific price for your weekend.

I would like to hide the “Availability” section from the rooms :

What I did is : Alloggio Core Option > Rooms > Enable Availability “No” Also Edit Room > Features Settings > Enable Availability “No”

But I still see it in my room’s page. Not a question of cache, since i’ve cleaned it and also checked from another browser.

What can I do?

1.What booking engine are you using? Motopress which has also PDF INvoices? If not does yours has PDF invoices.

2. Can you 2 way synchronize bookings with i.e. booking.com, expedia.com for multiple rooms of one kind. i.e. you have 4 2 bed rooms 4 single bed rooms 4 double bed rooms

The Alloggio booking system is our own where the reservation form is integrated within the theme and the process of purchasing goes through WooCommerce where we do use their functionality for this purpose, so you can possibly use some WooCommerce extension or add-on for this purpose

The customer that book a room do get a notification mail once they go through the purchase. For invoices you can use this extension from WooCommerce.

2. No, unfortunately not. Booking is integrated part of the theme that can be managed within your WordPress installation only.

Thanks – not so good as today hotels usually book also via those online platforms and need definitely a 2 way sync for all of their rooms. Sad that yours is not doing it. We found until now only MotoPress doing it and wondering why nobody else integrated it meanwhile as all is GNU GPL.

Hello, First of all congratulations for the wonderful theme! I have a little issue with the room’s description : Once i’ve edited everything about the room, everything changes except the descrition, which remains with the default text “Lorem ipsum…..”

Hello everyone, I really like this template but I have a couple of questions before buying it.

1. Why the booking engine does not appear on mobile view (the one on the initial slider – check in, check out…)? Is it hidden on purpose? Am i able to show it?

2. Are all the slides on this template made with Slider Revolution? I would like to have a video on the homepage, instead of a static image, and so for some other pages. If they aren’t made with SR, am I able to insert a video anyway?

2. Yes the sliders are made with Revolution slider and you will be able to add a video instead of an image for sure.
