Please after installing the parent theme and the child theme, i noticed that when i preview it, everything that not appear just like it’s showing on the theme forest preview. The entire theme got distorted and i can edit or do anything with it. Please help

I cannot not figure out how to edit the footer. I do not see it in Widgets, menus or footer options. I am referring to the Footer widgets area where it shows the LoveUS logo, Services, Contacts Top News. I see in LoveUs Options > Elemtor Widget Option > Footer Widget List (site footer one and site footer two). I do not see how to edit these.

Avoid this theme like the plague. Authors playing games on the refund. Theme is totally non functioning. Total waste of time. Purchased 2 themes and if it wasnt for my Mcguyver-like ninja skills second site would have been a dud as well.

I am trying to create a support ticket in your system but it says can’t verify when I use my purchase code. Please assist.
Also, to raise my issue here if I may, things are too slow with this theme. Even the Wordpress backend loads too slow, taking minutes for actions that ordinarily would take a second. Sometimes the page doesn’t load all together. Please advise.

I am running php 7.4, my memory limit is 712 and my hosting is not the problem. Other sites work perfectly. Also I can’t open a ticket in your system coz it can’t verify my purchase code.
Please try to log in with the same user name from where you purchase and same email it check you insert correct code. It must work. Daily lots of customer open ticket in the system without any issue

But is it just me or the most important page of all, the donation page is not optimized at all in UX, so it is not easy for a person who wants to donate to do it? We have used charitable donation plugin. The charitable plugin has three options to show donate page. A separate page, same page and modal system. Check the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/ufzd82
We have shown a separate page style in our demos but user admin can change their donation form display style as their needs.

Yes, it’s free, but if you want to extra feature you have to buy the premium version.
Is it included in the theme you said? We have included a basic version which is free but we have customized some function of this plugin to be compatible with our theme.
4-Where exactly is the “Become A Volunteer” page containing the form for people to fill out?
We don’t have a form for becoming a volunteer. User can set manually of volunteer details in volunteer page by using elementor addons. We also have a contact form 7 plugin. User can make their own form for volunteer.
3- Within the single cause page, can I put the form in order for people to donate directly there, right?Yes, you can.
5- How and where will you see those who have donated?

6- Once people have donated, how and where can I see the confirmation page for that donation?I have already answered this question in the number of 5. All confirmations will be store in the donation section. Admin will check and set confirmation from the donation details page.
