sorry to disturb you again. i have been installing so many themes and plugins, everythig was a mess. so i deleted and installed fresh wordpress on the same domain. but when i tried to activate the theme, it said that its already been used. like you said in your earlier comment, reigstering for the same domain doesnt work without deregistering. I have sent you the purchase code through your profile contact form ((( instead of reinstalling wordpress everytime, can i just delete the theme folder and plugin folder from file manager. will that help to clean up and start fresh )))

Hi, I installed the Envato Market Plugin to update the theme Uncode on my wordpress site. Now it says “The Envato Purchase Code seems to be invalid. Please try to unregister and register the product again. If the issue persists”. I deactived the token and created a new one, and it still says invalid. Why?

Hi, I found a very critical error with product builder. Below is the description to reproduce it:
1) In a product edit page create a row in the description section and divide it in 2 columns. Then insert a new row element in every column.
2) Now create a content block and add a row element with a text block. In text block settings, set Dynamic Text property to Get the Content.
3) Now go to product and set in product Page Option Content section set the Content Type to Content Block and in Content Block choose the block created in previous step.
4) Now navigate to the product page on the front of the site and check the web console debug window. You will see a lot of errors. These errors make uncode theme to conflict with other plugins like PPOM fields. https://we.tl/t-9NlRGtE8ri

Hey guys, I’ve noticed an issue, that when I do some changes inside the “Theme Options” the “Title Font Family” from menu “Single -> Portfolio -> Header” always changes back to “Font Default”. Since Slider Revolution 6 update, sliders are no more responsive when resizing the windows, the sliders keep the width they had on page load. You can see it on “2019 . fluorescence . fr” and resizing the window. Any way to fix this issue? I tried all possible configuration, I also recreated the slide from scratch but I am still encountering this issue.

As explained the code that you refer “wp.editor.withColors” is not a function used by Uncode, this suggests this is a possible conflict with some extra plugins or customisations you have done. In a few words, this deprecated code is not native to the theme. You should first try to deactivate all extra plugins.

H, I am encountering some bugs after updating my WordPress to version 5.6. I am stuck with the classic mode when editing a page. I am unable to switch to the backend mode. Empty the browser cache after updating everything to make sure you aren’t loading old scripts and, most of all, disable the extra plugins to check if the culprit is one of them.
The theme and all its related plugins are up to date. I’ve emptied the browser cache but the issue still persists. I’ve seen the same issue happen on one other website, as well.

Hi – I recently installed the Uncode Theme at a new domain. I am attempting to select fonts on the font stacks tab, but when I click to add a font (i.e. the plus sign ”+” beside the font, or the download sign beside the font,) the screen simply scrolls back to the top of the page. It does not select any of the fonts that I am clicking. I’ve cleared the cache in my browser and on WP. I’ve also changed browsers to see if that would help. But nothing is changing. What’s going on? How do I fix this so that I can add fonts to the font stacks?

I’m not sure what you mean by the browser console. I just see that the screen jumps to the top of the page when I click the plus or download signs beside the fonts.

Hi undsgn, Woocommerce is causing problems with Uncode. Theme options is currently NOT SAVING for some reason. e.g. I tried theme options>product>navigation – turned navigation bar to OFF, press save, when I come back it’s gone back to ON, so save is disabled.
I’ve noticed Woocommerce is not displaying products to how we set them either, e.g. 4 per row cannot be assigned/saved, the default 3 per row cannot be changed since the Woocommerce, WordPress and Uncode update.

I have switched off all third-party plugins yet I’m still not able to SAVE certain settings in theme options, e.g. After Content (Related Posts), Media Layout Size etc. When I activate Woocommerce official theme ‘Twenty-TwentyOne’ the 4 in a row product page works perfectly fine, by default. Yet Uncode is not allowing me to save ’’4 in a row’’ for some reason. It’s definitely not any plugin conflict.

Hi, basically, every time I switch from one saved layout to another, everything goes messy, e.g. Font sizes, etc. I’m trying to see why the ’’saved layouts’’ are corrupt for?
Even when I switch back to a layout I saved custom font sizes in, these font sizes do not operate, they are still there in theme options, but website not displaying text in custom sizes. Everything in my Max Vars is GREEN. Thanks.

Are you sure the problem is not triggered by some extra plugins, and that you are using the latest version of Uncode?
There is something definitely wrong with Uncode THEME OPTIONS. Every time I switch from one layout to another, then revert to my saved one, fonts and palette completely messes up, and then can only be fixed with an SQL restore. But obviously once that’s done, back to square one. Theme Options not allowing to be SAVED on certain Woocommerce features. My Max Vars is green on everything, so it’s definitely not that.

As said, unfortunately, from here, it is not possible to understand what is the problem of your installation as it seems something specific probably related to your server or some extra plugins (if you are using extra plugins, and some of them create extra CPT, be sure to rise the value to 5000 or 6000, since the suggested 3000 is for the Uncode theme and packed plugins).
I have switched off every extra plugin I have, so I’m only running Wordpress, Woocommerce, Uncode theme. Yet, some options through Theme Options > Archives > Product > are not allowing to be SAVED. Hence, cannot edit woocommerce SHOP page.

We can get on with the posts but without looking at your site I can’t tell you why it’s not working, if an issue is isolated on an installation, and no other users report the same, we need to check this installation to debug it. If now other options work differently than before, as suggested, it is related to server settings, now that you have deactivated extra plugins I understand that you are able to save more options but you still have limits. Here a test taken from a random installation, I modify the option, save the Theme Options and refresh the page, as you can see the value is perfectly saved: https://undsgn.d.pr/jL7YxA
PS: an user got an issue something similar to yours (something like he was not able to save Theme Options), we fixed with a complete database clean-up, he got over 40 plugins and some of them left a lot of dirty in the database (not sure if this can help).
Database clean up sounds like a possible cure, like I said I’m now trying to raise the Max Vars Input manually through .hta access file. After I’ve done this, possibly to 6000, I think database cleanup may be required. However I’m guessing SQL export is not recommended? due to exporting corrupted files?

Hi, Is there a way to set the maximum width of the blog post to a precise width? I want to set it to 966px. More precisely I want the images in the blog post at this specific width. When I select 966 in Theme Option > Single Post > Content Custom Width I get 972px in the browser. When I select 965 I get 960px?!

There is a feature in Uncode that approximates these measures to multiple of 8px, this trick avoids browsers inaccuracy you may have in some scenario with pixels ( cause browsers are not able to round decimal number you may have for example on Masonry when you have 966/4 = 241,5, this decimal number can produce an error depending on the browser size, this is an example of the decimal pixel if we remove this feature: https://undsgn.d.pr/DWdipV ).
Thank you for the response. I’m a wedding photographer and all my images are 1932px width. Selecting any other image width beside half (966px) gives me blurry images on normal resolution screens. This issue is general and not related to a specific theme.

Hello, I have purchased your theme but my support has expired. Before purchasing a new one I would like to clarify if you could help with the following: I want the portfolio items to be showing 2 per row when on mobile view.
