Your latest update broke our facetwp plugin. If we go back to the old version it works without issues. With the new versions our facetwp plugin for filtering stops working. Just an FYI

Sorry to say that but we have not officially tested the facetwp plugin with the Theme, nor it is included in the third party plugins compatible with the list confirmed from our end on the item page, So this is the third party plugin issue, not the Theme issue, and we do not provide our dedicated support for third-party plugins issue as because this requires Customization.
You have two options, First, you have to contact the plugin author and ask plugin author to Customize the plugin core files for you for making it compatible with the Theme for you.
Second, If you want us to Customize the Theme core files for you for making it compatible with the Theme, then you have to contact our Customization team for paid Customization services.

Ver 5.5.5 Conflict with revslider While running:
It says to fix it you can: 1. In the Slider Settings -> Troubleshooting set option: Put JS Includes To Body option to true. 2. Find the double jquery.js include and remove it.

I am sorry for the inconvenience but this is because plugins updates very frequently and sometimes we release the update of our Theme after the plugin update so we update the plugin in our Theme files, and some times after our Theme update the plugins update releases so because of that we have to update the plugin in our support system so that Customers can easily download the plugin from there and update it on their sites, but I’ll forward it our development department for checking it and try to find a solution for it.

Please do the following debugging processes one by one, I am sure it will help you in solving your issue.
|. Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
||. Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
|||. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and recheck if the issue persists
|V. Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V. Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing itAnd also could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Hi All, I struggle with this purchased product a lot and I had other templates developed to working sites with 1-2 support calls at most. The basics things fail to work or work in a very impractical way that need recoding. lacking controls between woo and template. Most importantly ticket support is lacking diligence and punctuality. Till I yell here in the forum, the support would not touch a ticket, I have 6 already and waiting for days.
