I am experiencing some problems with the wpbakery version of the theme Mentor. The pages are not loading. These are the error messages I get:

Hi, I am having great difficulty changing the logo of this Mentor theme I purchased. Normally to change the logo of a wordpress site is very straight forward and foolproof ->> customise ->> general ->> site identity. I’ve spent far too much time searching all different tabs and options and theer doesn’t appear to be any way to change the logo from the stock image mentor to my own logo? I’ve searched online too and this is really boggling me. Could you please advise how to change?

Hello, we are using the mentor theme on www.conflict-manager.com. Yesterday we updated the new wordpress and the page collapsed. Which is the latest update of the theme? Please let me know. I usually get a notification when a new update comes out. This time it didn’t work out. Thank you.

i have installed this theme recently.

i have problems with setting the top menu in the homepage.

i saw that there is a “BOOK NOW” green button that can be setted to redirect people to book a coaching session with me.

Now, I was able to make it appear in the main menu,

THE PROBLEM IS THAT NO LINK CAN BE ATTACHED TO THIS BUTTON.

CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME AND GIVE ME PRECISE INFORMATION AND INSTRUCTIONS?

Is anyone else having this issue? When the Redux plugin is active, some pages don’t load. When the Redux plugin is deactivated, the pages load fine but the logo doesn’t appear. The Redux plugin shows all the theme options. So when Redux is deactivated, there is no theme options dashboard. The theme is up to date and so are all the plugins. A friend also has the Mentor theme and has the same issue.

Hi, I have just updated my Mentor theme to v2.3 and updated WordPress to v5.6. It also asked for Kirki Customizer Framework to be installed and activated which I have done.

This has completely change the website removing the header and footers and changes the layout, plus has added in ‘Mentor’ logos.

Can you explain why this has happened and what can be done to correct it? The website url is: https://andreabasilio.com

I’ve updated the theme to 2.3 and Wordpress to 5.6 and the website only show the slider and nothing else.. Does the theme not have support for Wordpress 5.6?
