hi im having issues with the them footer after import demo the footer does not showing the links or anything else but the top footer image and the copy rights raw and even after changing footers in the theme menu nothing seems to have an effect… thanks for the help…

For the widgets, you can install the Widget Importer & Exporter plugin. Then you need to import the “widgets.wie” from the Demo_Data directory (under your downloaded package).
Make sure that if your hosting comes with a caching feature, it is disabled. If you have a caching plugin active, clear the cache or disable the plugin -> this could be the cause of the non updated changes.

The plugin ” ModelTheme RTL Compatiblity Plugin” is not translating your website into Russian on any other language. It is only for arabic languages which comes as RTL – Right to left writting.
The Russian language is not RTL (right to left),
The plugin makes optimizations in your pages in order to look well in RTL arabic languages (but it doesn’t translate strings or texts). For translations, please use a plugin, such as WPML or Loco Translate.

Are you kidding me? I am waiting from approx. 25.11. I also entered my FTP accesses from the Admin into the ticket. Nevertheless, support asked me about them again. I sent them. Subsequently, they sent me a screenshot that they did not work. Admin wrote the data incorrectly. I fixed them again and wait a few days.
