Really sorry for all the inconvenience you faced, we have found a workaround for it and implemented it with our latest update 6.0.1, so, please update your Theme to the very latest version 6.0.1 and check back, you will find all of your Blocks back into Porto >> Page Builder as showing below:

Hello, I know that all editors are compatible but visual composer seems to have few elements, this will change in the future or it is advisable to continue with WPBakery.
By elements I mean for example a spacer item.
Will this change in the near future with an update without the need to load demo information?

Obeviously, as you know that we have recently added the compaitability with visual composer with our Theme so that is the reason it has less element library as compared to other page builders, but we are working on the new Theme update and soon you will find another Theme update with which we will add more and more elements frequently, so stay tuned

Hi. I purchased your theme to open a new shop and I was wondering if you have any plans on creating shop demo nr 29 for Visual composer in the near future ? If yes do you perhaps have an estimation of when it will be so that i will know if I should wait or import the demo with another builder.
Also, in your opinion is visual composer faster in terms of performance(page speed, etc ) than wpbakery ?
This is the only reason i would like to use visual composer because i know it is newer but i am not sure if it is worth it

Yes, absolutely, it is on our to-do list, and hope this will be available soon with the visual composer version with our near future upcoming updates of the Theme but we do not have the exact time frame for the update.
The speed of the site depends on the server performance, content, and minification of the JS and CSS as well, but WP Bakery is more old and powerful in terms of elements and options, WP Bakery also has the elements in Speed Optimization Wizard as well, so it’s your choice which one suits you.

I had to install the germanized plugin to show a based price for the spirits in my webshop – this is a legal requirement in Germany. The plugin also changed a lot of things like the position of the product price, which is below the product title now. That position is stupid if you use variations, because you can’t see the price-change if you change the variation (mobil). Can you help me how to change back the position? It would also be great, if you could think about adding an automatic price calculation for a base price like germanized does.

Sorry to say that but we have not officially tested the germanized plugin with the Theme, nor it is included in the third party plugins compatible with the list confirmed from our end on the item page, So this is the third party plugin issue, not the Theme issue, and we do not provide our dedicated support for third-party plugins issue as because this requires Customization.
You have two options, First, you have to contact the plugin author and ask the plugin author to Customize the plugin core files for you for making them compatible with the Theme for you.
Second, If you want us to Customize the Theme core files for you for making it compatible with the Theme, then you have to contact our Customization team at ptheme.customize@gmail.com for paid Customization services.

I don’t think we have to renew support to reset the License for the same website.
We had our demo website setup and now the site is LIVE for sometime without any issue. However now you guys released the new version of the theme and realised that we cannot update it unless we take the demo site license off.

One single license of the Theme for single-site/domain only, this is Envato policy you may wish to confirm from Envato as well.
And you can only import the single Demo of the Theme on the single site at the same time, if you want any other Demo you have to override or remove the previous one, please watch the videos given below:

No need to use any third-party plugin for this, Porto WordPress provides this functionality by default, you can turn this ON from Porto >> Theme Options >> Header and set “Mini Cart Content Type” as “Off canvas” as showing below and check back your site after removing the browser cache.
Thanks for the fast reply. I know that feature, but the plugin has some additional options like a progress bar for the free shipping, the option to enter a coupon code and changing the quantity. It is more like a replacement of the cart page.
So the question keeps the same: Can you tell me, how I can give the mini cart icon a class and deactivate the original function?

Hello, there are some questions in the checkout that are wrong in the port theme, see:

It is used to create some extra fields like neighborhood, number, CPF (unique code for each person) and other details.
I do not know if it is a plugin “compatible” with the theme, but if not, I strongly recommend it to be, because in Brazil, all sites use this plugin, including most payment gateways here, require that you have this plugin installed .

You can install our Theme on any WordPress site, but it’s better to start from scratch because if you try to Install the Theme on an already built site with any other Theme and third-party plugins that you have used to build your site, it will be conflict and will create issues.

First of all, we would like to tell you that Google very often scores with 20-40 points mobile performance for 99% of websites built with WordPress. To get more points you need to have a really light page. For example remove all sliders, carousels and leave a few banners and products only. Then you will get a high result. But usually, our theme works very fast on mobile devices and don’t have any problems with performance. We suggest you test it on a few mobile devices and you will see that there are no real performance problems. Google PageSpeed gives you recommendations on how to improve the performance of your web site, but it does not actually measure the speed (aka loading time) of your website. If your site loads fast, you can safely ignore PageSpeed’s recommendations.

I wrote earlier and was very happy that you started supporting Gutenberg. But there are very few modules for gutenberg, and after updating the blocks, I found that now they do not support gutenberg either. This tells me that you are not paying enough attention to Gutenberg. I previously bought a license for the Astra theme, but I was missing the Header constructor in their theme. Now they have released an update and made a constructor. And it keeps me further and further away from you. I create two new sites for clients on Astra and Getwid. I hope your theme doesn’t forget about Gutenberg. Thank you!
