Hello, sorry for my late response. Yes, it’s strange because I have the latest versions of Edge and Windows 10. I used Windows 10 edition family. A friend tested it for me, he has a grey rectangle.

Hi, I recently noticed a Crocoblock appear on the wordpress admin menu bar (on the left). And it says “Your primary license will expire in 30 days.”
What is it? What do I have to do with this? I though the Jet plugins are free included in this theme, aren’t they?
One more question, I’d like to optimize the site speed. But with the theme and plugins, it seems imposible to make it 80+ (score on google pagespeed insight). How would you suggest us?

As for the site speed, I recommend you to not rely on Google PageSpeed Insights. Why your demo theme, e.g. https://jupiterx.artbees.net/pest-control/ have a good Google Pagespeed score, while the same template installed on my purely new site, the score will be different?

We have achieved these numbers with a $40 Digital ocean server (we have over 1m pageviews per month) + WP Rocket plugin.
80% of good site performance is related to installing a good caching plugin, setting up a good server, using CDN, optimizing images, building not lengthly pages.
Note that scores also depend on the length of the page and number of images, and amount of html content.

I purchased Jupiter X. My Wordpress site tells me that Raven requires Jupiter X theme version 1.3. Fine, but when I download the latest JupiterX from my themeforest account, I only get jupiter x version 1.21.0. Can you keep things up to date? Thanks

The Raven plugin is deprecated now. You can get the latest theme version from your Artbees Dashboard > Downloads. Now Raven can be disabled.

ok but you can check it yourself, the problem shows also in your demo. I checked it with 3 different ipads. It works well on dev tools but not on a real ipad. I can send pictures. thanks.

Hello Jupiter, Pre-purchase question. Regarding the multisite, can the subsite admins install the templates themselves or does the superadmin need to install them for the subsite?

The subsite admins can also install the demo templates.
Sorry for misunderstanding. Installing templates on network websites requires network admin privileges because it will need to install the required plugins and only the network admin has the privilege to do so.

Unfortunately, our theme is not AMP ready yet. However, there is an ongoing task to make it AMP ready soon. To be honest, it is currently under development but since it has lots of advantages, it will take more time to release.You can use some third party plugins for AMP. If you are going to use plugins for that, remember to test it on a staging website and make sure it passes all of your tests and then move it to the live website. Thank you for understanding.
