I’ve discovered a serious issue in Flatsome theme. Using the portfolio add-on and select id’s to display. Selecting works. But when I delete id’s (after the page is saved) it generates an error in the theme: “index.php and templates are missing in the theme”. I reinstalled both main Flatsome and Child theme, but the files/option to load templates from the dropdown is really lost. The dropdown does not show any other templates than “default template”. I’ve lost so many data because of it and then it happened again. That’s how I was able to pinpoint to the exact problem.

I would like to build my wordpress blog on my local windows machine and later upload it to the domain where I want it to be because I already have an existing wordpress installation on that domain and I can not take it offline (because it is an active online shop).

So when my website is finished I plan on uploading it to the domain, “overwriting” the old wordpress website with it. But will the theme still function then?

Will this be possible or will I get trouble because of product activation?

I am asking for solution of some issue i reported to but you did not response and I also open a support ticket but did not receive any response except an email which says you will get back after 24 to 48 hours but almost 72 hours passed but no one get back.

After installing of theme Flatsome , site goes very slow.. specially of suffering for home page too and site takes 8-11 second to open.. Its not good. Kindly help and make it fast please..

I bought and could not install in WP. Those from the support respond after 2 days .for answer and other 2 days for solving = 4 days lost. When you work 16-18 hours a day, 2 days is a total disaster with much greater damage than the cost of € 59 THEMA.

Found a “bug” with the way text box works its scaling. It looks like the scaling option for the text box changes the font-size of the text within it. This overrides the font-size option for the text itself. Another weird thing I am noticing is the scale option doesn’t show the text scaling like it used to. I’ve cleared out my cache thinking it was cache issue when I updated the theme but it does this on Chrome and Firefox with the cache/cookies emptied.

Not anything major but kind of annoying when building pages. You have to bounce back and forth between the page and builder to see how it’s actually sizing things at the moment.

Your website mention: How speed tests were done We tested Flatsome on this page (Classic Shop). We used WP Rocket plugin for Caching. Images where optimized (with this plugin).

I also use WP Rocket and optimized images but I can achieve good results in Google Page Speed. The main culprit seems to be jquery/jquery.min.js?ver=3.5.1

What can I do to get the same score you have?

Hi there, my favourite theme so far. I have 2 questions.

1. I am using 1 domain (example.com) and I want to have a single page subdomain for a booking calendar block (book.example.com) and another for a contact form (contact.example.com). I have set this up as a wordpress multisite so I can use the same files/settings and it is all one domain/system – is 1 license okay with this?

2. How can I apply 1 CSS stylesheet (currently using child CSS stylesheet) to apply to all multisites? I’ve seen on forums to edit the main parent theme stylesheet. Is this recommended as the solution?
