PRE-SALE question. My client really like your template and would like me to use it for her website. I am a little bit concerned though as I’ve done a few performance tests and your demo site has only F grade on GT Metrix with 19% of performance, 9% (!) on mobile on pagespeed insight . I saw in your reviews section that some users complained about the weight of the template and poor performance. Are you going to improve loading speed and performance of your template any time soon?

Please note that for our demo site, we haven’t done specific site speed optimization because the main accent was put on showing all the features and elements from the theme, as well as keeping the highest quality of the photos. There are many ways and tricks for improving WordPress site speed so-called speed optimization. A balance between size and quality is necessary. A good hosting server is also very important for the site´s performance. We always give advises to our users in support tickets when they build a site in our theme, what steps they should take in order to improve the speed. Google also offers PageSpeed Insights for detailed performance testing, though some people from the programming community say that this tool is not as accurate when it comes to analyzing and assessing website performance.
When it comes to the speed of your website we can suggest you to put an focus on your server and your content optimisation as well as TTFB, First Paint and Contentful Paint from the google pages speed that matters, also the Waterfall sections is of great importance where you can see what might be improved. Hello, I’m currently having some issues with “Post Layout” and “Video Layout” widgets. In both cases the share icons menu doesn’t show up except when I’m into Elementor edit mode. ( https://imgur.com/iPKuXcS )

I deactivated and reactivated plugins one by one but I wasn’t able to find the problem. Can you help me?

When there are Qode Sliders active the error is present. If I disable Google fonts in Qode Options > General it clears it up. Hope this helps with coming up with a fix.

The issue is probably related to certain server configurations, but as those are warnings not errors they are not harmful to your website. You should be able to remove them by disabling wp_debug in wp-config.php file, as explained in the article:

Could you please explain this a bit more as we are not sure what you wish to achieve exactly. You can always edit it with WPBakery plugin, however please check if you have set the settings in WPBakery > RoleManager selecting your Post type to custom and check Post.

Did you not see the screenshots? That’s exactly what I’ve done. The sticky logo opacity stays set to 0 even when sticky menu is active.

As at the moment I have to click on the button and video popup is display then have to click on the video play button. Just makes more sense to make it more user friendly.

Once you update the theme you should go to Qode Options > General and Save your changes. Anyway we have tested the option for portfolio External Link Target that is set to “blank” and it works perfectly fine.
So please try to update the theme once again according to our tutorial and Save your General options after the update and check once again.

Please note that WPBakery does come bundled within the theme and you do not need to have pro version, and when it comes to Elementor it is the free version and both plugins are more than enough to achieve anything you do see on our demo websites.
