You are using Header builder and you have set those sections in your header as per your reuqirements. you have to go to Porto >> Theme Options >> Header >> Header Type >> Header Builder and remove that copyright from there, publish it, and check back your site after removing the browser cache.

Simply copy and paste the below given CSS code to Porto >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS and check back your site after removing the browser cache.

I imported Shop Demo 35 and i am looking for a method to have the search button visible in the sticky menu. Enabling it does not work in the sticky menu option doesn’t do anything. Actually no setting from the sticky menu option to enable minicart in the sticky menu doesn’t work either. Why ?

This is because you are using the Header Builder and the Theme Options Sticky header setting only applies to the Pre Built Header Types.

The header is divided into 3 rows: https://ibb.co/bzHSpQ2

1. Top Header Row. 
2. Middle Header Row. 
3. Bottom Header Row.

And the Header Become Sticky which has Main Menu in it, That is why it is called Sticky Menu.

You can see on your site, The Main Menu is in the Bottom Header Row that is the reason the Bottom Header part is becoming sticky on your site: https://ibb.co/1njkSXB

If you want Logo also in Sticky Menu/Sticky Header then you have to set Logo in a Row which has Main Menu in it, It will work for you.

This is how it works and it is the default functionality of the Theme.

Sorry to say that but you can not directly edit the Shop Page because it is an Archive page and you can not directly edit any of the Archive pages.

If you want to change/remove the Banner on Shop Page: Please read and follow the instructions written in this article:

Sorry to say that but this is not possible to set the background color with the specific condition only, If you want to set it, you can from Porto >> Theme Options >> Skin >> MiniCart, but please note that this color will work globally not with a specific condition like only on click…

I have been trying to implement Gift Cards on our Porto based website, but I cannot seem to get the PW WooCommerce Gift Card plugin to work.

The product has been created, but when a value is selected, the form does not display.

I have been through their FAQ, and tried all their suggested methods to fix the problem, but nothing has worked.

Their final comment if nothing work is: If the fields still do not appear, you will need to contact your theme developer about having the woocommerce_before_add_to_cart_quantity hook called for the products.

Are you able to confirm if this hook is indeed called by the Porto theme?

This plugin WooCommerce Gift Card is not working after porto update 6.0 because after major update release porto coding standards are changed now this plugin is not working with porto anymore because of incompatibility.

We never now or before 6.0 version released officially tested the WooCommerce Gift Card plugin with the Theme, nor it is included in the third party plugins compatible with the list confirmed from our end on the item page, So this is the third party plugin issue, not the Theme issue, and we do not provide our dedicated support for third-party plugins issue as because this requires Customization.

You have two options, First, you have to contact the plugin author and ask plugin author to Customize the plugin core files for you for making it compatible with the Theme for you.

Second, If you want us to Customize the Theme core files for you for making it compatible with the Theme, then you have to contact our Customization team at for paid Customization services.

All the time I asked about my issue for A, but the support team replied for Z with quoted line line we removed the plugins, we removed the bugs, we fixed the issue on your site.

How they can remove the plugins, how they can remove the bug, how they can fix the issue without my hosting and WP credentials???

Support team is making fool to us! They took almost 3 days response with above childness.

I am using Flatsome and Porto, Flatsome have no doubt.. massive performance but porto have lagy speed and performance. Porto have 75% lower speed as compared to Flatsome.

I requested to support team to identify the issue and fix for me but they don’t.
