1. First of all, Please go to WP-Dashboard >> Plugins and Install and Activate the Loco Translate plugin on your site: https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/
And then go to Loco >> Themes >> Porto you will find the 4 default language files there which comes with the Theme package and those are: https://postimg.cc/XGvjMDqZ
English (Britain) en_GB
French (France) er_FR
Italian (Italy) it_IT
Turkish (Turkey) tr_TR
Now go to WP-Dashboard >> Plugins and Install and Activate the WP FileManager plugin on your site: https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/wp-file-manager/
And then go to File Manager Plugin Setting >> wp-content/languages/ and create the (Loco) Folder >> then go to the loco folder and create another folder as (themes) and then go to the themes folder and download the Spanish language theme files given below and upload to that themes folder: https://postimg.cc/SXCTSyX3 Now, again go back to WP-Dashboard >> Loco >> Themes >> Porto and you will find another Theme language file as Spanish as showing in this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/YjZW3QDN you have to edit it and then click on “Sync” https://postimg.cc/bZ3Y6hNX and after completing the Synchronization you have to click on “Save” button as shown in this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/3kJY0cjt

Yes, those h2 tags are duplicate tags and that is the demand of the situation, if you want to change every tag then you have to Customize the Theme core files for it, nothing in Theme Options for it, or you can try with any third party plugin as well which better meets your requirements.

1. Sorry to say that but we have not tested that particular plugin officially with our Theme till now, so we are unable to suggest you on this, if you want you can try this with our Theme but at your own risk.
2. It will be converted automatically, you have to use this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-currency-switcher/ it is fully compatible with Porto WordPress Theme.
3. Yes, you have to go with this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/nextend-facebook-connect/ it is fully compatible with Porto WordPress Theme.

Actually, whenever you will save changes from Theme Options it overrides the old changes in the dynamic.css file under wp-content/uploads/porto-styles, and some times because of the file permission issue on because of any cache, there is no effect on that file and that is the reason the changes does not apply on that file and on-site, and then you have to delete that file and save changes from Theme Options again and it will create the same file with new changes for you. This is how it works.

Sometimes it may require your own customization. So if the development department finds it fit with the theme environment then surely they will look through it.

Can you check if these products you are selling are variable products or simple? And if variable then did you set variations? If not then this is the case. Try creating a simple product and then try the offer button, I am sure this is going to work. For variable products make sure you have created and configured those variations then give that another shot, everything is going to work as expected.
